Contact me on arrival - DID NOT HAPPEN! 2 Complete yard spray as per contract - DID NOT HAPPEN! 3. Inside service as per contract - DID NOT HAPPEN! 4. Treat area of concern for Wasps as per contract - DID NOT HAPPEN! My security system shows him on camera arriving on service date at 2:00pm. We walked the front yard and 2 sides of the home Did not enter backyard. (If he would have my dogs would have let us know). He returned to him service truck at 2:16pm and drove away. A total of 16 minutes on site. I called that day and the following day and requested for a senior manager to contact me, and well that NEVER happened. Seth then shows back up to confront her for canceling to again insult her for canceling and taking up his time.
