On the day of, I got a message from Chase just before the appointment time letting me know he's slated to be on time for the scheduled appointment. When Chase arrived, he was so polite and patient with me, listening to my concern and helped answering any questions I had. He also got to work right away after telling me what he had planned to work on my home the day of (he's mindful of the sequence of work so that my place doesn't have dust all over!).
