We have many places we can choose from when it comes to where we want to conduct business and spend our money so when a business has people like Jay working there, it really makes the whole business transaction a positive experience. However, my most recent interaction--specifically with an employee named Tyler--was completely unacceptable and has changed my opinion of this company. I scheduled service for a Friday morning and was later told the crew couldn't complete the job because a truck was supposedly blocking the drive. I reviewed my security footage: there was no obstruction whatsoever. This isn't the first time I've been given a flimsy excuse, and it's clear the company either overbooks or is dishonest about delays. What truly pushed this into unacceptable territory was Tyler's behavior. When I followed up, he was openly belligerent, dismissive, and shockingly hostile--simply because I expected the company to follow through on a scheduled service. There was no effort to resolve the issue, only anger and deflection. This is not how any customer should be treated, especially by a service provider entrusted with essential home maintenance. If this is the kind of representative All Town & Country chooses to send out or defend, then I can no longer recommend them. They have lost my business.

In 2007 we built our home and hired Summit Excavating to install a new septic system. The tank was…read moreinstalled near the back of our home and the mound was installed at the rear of our lot. A few years later we found that the mound was built partially on our neighbors property and had to be altered. Summit looped off about 20' of the mound to remove it from the neighbors yard. The mound was then too small for our house. The mound began to leak causing a large wet area both in our yard and our neighbors. I called Jim Easterling and told him about the problem he tried unsuccessfully to get the end of the mound to seal, I called him several more times and he stopped responding to my calls. The mound has now completely failed with swampy areas at both ends and middle of the mound. I now have to spend a significant amount of money to change my entire system. This company is run by a lazy owner who fails to make things right. I would recommend anyone considering hiring them to look elsewhere

Now here we are in April 2026 my sub pump failed again. I called and was told that my previously purchased sub Pump was under a three-year warranty so I would not have to pay for a new sub pump just labor cost. Someone came out and told my husband the cost would be $450 to replace the sub pump and then suggested he buy a better sub pump with the labor would be $750. My husband requested I only want the sub pump I purchased with the warranty. I do not need the labor. The plumber then left refusing to give us our sub pump and said that's not how we do business. IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED that it's only under warranty if their plumber replaces it. I've called and inquired of the sub pump we purchased and they told me they would get back to me and have never gotten back to me. They are in fact avoiding me Getting a Lawyer by the way!
