However, my most recent interaction--specifically with an employee named Tyler--was completely unacceptable and has changed my opinion of this company. I scheduled service for a Friday morning and was later told the crew couldn't complete the job because a truck was supposedly blocking the drive. I reviewed my security footage: there was no obstruction whatsoever. This isn't the first time I've been given a flimsy excuse, and it's clear the company either overbooks or is dishonest about delays. What truly pushed this into unacceptable territory was Tyler's behavior. When I followed up, he was openly belligerent, dismissive, and shockingly hostile--simply because I expected the company to follow through on a scheduled service. There was no effort to resolve the issue, only anger and deflection. This is not how any customer should be treated, especially by a service provider entrusted with essential home maintenance. If this is the kind of representative All Town & Country chooses to send out or defend, then I can no longer recommend them. They have lost my business.
