Lisa was amazing and was able to get me on the schedule quickly for at least a truckload the day of (a Thursday), with the rest being delivered the next day. Come the day of the install, the contractor decides they can't finish the install due to wind. Lisa was able to reschedule for the following Monday/Tuesday when the contactor said they would be back. The contractor then decides to come finish it Saturday instead. Lisa was so amazingly nice about it and was able to get me on the schedule as the last delivery Saturday (and the driver was incredibly friendly, even though he had to work late to do our delivery!). The rest of our water was delivered on Monday with no issues. I am so pleased with this company and will be using them again should we need another top-off for our pool.

Clearbrook promptly replaced the old one with a new unit. The water system wan not properly installed. The next morning, we found a big watery mess all over our kitchen floor. The Kitchen floor warped by the time that the subcontractor arrived to fix it. Twice he came to look at the floor whatever he did made matters worse. He accused us of having a warped floor all along. Not at all true. The floor had been fine before he installed the new system. He agreed to sweep up wood shavings all over our basement floor from a hole that he drilled in our basement ceiling. He did not clean up after himself under the kitchen sink. Another mess there. The floor and appliances in the basement were left a mess by his "work space." We were disheartened consumers. Neither Clearbrook nor the floor subcontractor would fix what warped floor properly. Blame shifting took place. They would not call nor make amends despite our calls and text messages. Soooo disappointed. That warped floor cost us another $700. A local handyman attempted to repair it. At least the floor was safer for my 89 year old mother to walk on now. Still today we have a bit of a warped (uneven) kitchen floor in the house. We attempted to go to small claims court for reparations due to our financial losses. Not sure who we can trust to give attention to our osmosis machine now (Streetsboro area).

The low rating is, instead, for the people, installation, and horrendous customer service. They don't show up with what they need to do the installation so they have to reschedule. They show up more than 2 hours late to do the installation. They tell you it will take 2-3 hours to do the installation and then don't leave for more than 6 hours. When you complain, it takes 5 days for them to get around to getting back to you (I'm talking to you VP Higgins) with a pathetic, insulting "apology" and compensation offer. They do not care in the slightest whether you are satisfied or not. They got your money, they're satisfied. Buy the system if you want. But know the people will insult you, waste your entire day, and drill into the foundation of your house without asking. Up to you. P. S. I would NOT recommend this moving company…read more The move started out well. They arrived on time and initially seemed professional. Unfortunately, things went downhill quickly. First, the movers started putting items on the truck that I had clearly set aside to throw away, including a dryer. After loading things that weren't supposed to be moved, they then told me they were running out of room on the truck. Once we arrived at the new place, the pace became extremely slow. There were four movers, but at times it seemed like only one person was actually going back and forth upstairs and putting furniture back together. I was told they were using a "chain line," but whatever system they were using was not efficient. The move ended up taking two hours longer than expected, which added approximately $500 to my bill. Even worse, they broke my daughter's TV, which she had only owned for about four months. When I tried to file a claim, I repeatedly called and was told that a manager would contact me. I kept speaking with the same person, John, who would act surprised each time that no manager had called me back. Eventually, they stopped answering my calls altogether. As we've continued unpacking, we've discovered another serious issue. The TV stand had been taped closed with belongings inside of it, but when it arrived at the new place, those items were missing and the TV stand was empty. My biggest problem isn't just that things went wrong during the move--it's the company's lack of accountability afterward. Items were damaged, other belongings appear to be missing, my bill increased by hundreds of dollars because of the additional time, and my attempts to resolve the issues have been ignored. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them. If something gets damaged or goes missing, don't expect them to make the claims process easy or to take responsibility.

I interviewed other companies about what I needed to have installed for my water system. They were very expensive. You can imagine my surprise when Dan Moore(Vietnam Vet) did a free water test and he said you don't need this thing or that thing for my system. He sold me a basic system which was all I needed and really wanted. He told me If I desired anything more at any point it could be added. Then I met Doug Dell who installed the system. Even though I tried to make his job easier for him to set up, he insisted on the best set up that fit the area of the installation rather than what was easier for him. I have been impressed by all the people from Culligan Water of North Central Ohio and I highly recommend them for any water needs you might need.
