Let me just say that Kayla was super sweet and really helped me ease my mind! She even went into the room and checked on me when I was getting my cleaning done. Along with Kayla being in the room, John was the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth. Now John knew how nervous I was, so he showed me what he was using, what he was going to do next, cracked some jokes, and that really helped ease my mind. Very unprofessional location. Went in due to tooth pain, set everything up to get a crown. Was told on the first visit I need to come back because the crown needed to be made. Before leaving I was informed I needed to make a down payment of $500 towards the patient portion of the total. Went back a week later and was told the same thing. To make a long story short it has now been over two months of me waiting to get a crown when I was just notified insurance hadn't paid yet. So instead of tell me this on the second visit that I needed to contact insurance I was told two months later after getting the run around. So needless to say I'm now out of $500, and I now have to go see a new dentist office to get the service I paid towards over 3 months ago. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a new dentist, especially if you need major work down. Run! read more

Once I finally scheduled an appointment for a mouthguard that I was to pay out-of-pocket, I arrived only to be told I had an outstanding balance from the previous year in April. Unless that was paid, they would not honor my appointment today. So if I paid the amount owing, I would not have enough to pay for the full amount that was due today for the mouthguard. I get insurance plays an important part in this event; however, I would never have known about this outstanding balance if I hadn't scheduled today's appointment. They have no billing department that I have access to speak with and was told by the manager that if I didn't pay, it would just go straight to collections, no help in working out some type of repayment. I visited this office about a week ago. The staff was rude and unprofessional. The wait time was 40 minutes just to be taken to the back and when questioning the wait time intake didn't seem to have any concern for the delay. I would strongly advise you go elsewhere for dental care. While I admit, it had been too long since I'd been to a dentist, when I came in for a cleaning I was told I had two small cavities on my top back left two molars. I came in this morning to have those filled and for the most part the experience was pretty good. However, once the local anesthesia wore off at home, I discovered a large portion on my back left molar was gone. I am struggling to understand how a "small cavity" required drilling off a significant portion of the outside of my tooth that I'll never get back. Avoid this place and find somewhere else that will take a less aggressive approach to dental care. This was a hack job. read more

I got an implant that was over priced and the work done was horrible my crown didn't fit correctly. I told the doctor and he pretend that he couldn't remove it out of my month. I have been intermittently going to Aqua Dental for approximately 3 years. I had bonding done on one my teeth 2 years ago which broke almost immediately after and was then repaired. That repair lasted for 2 years until recently when a small portion chipped off leaving me with a jagged edge on my tooth. When I saw the dentist today, he essentially made the problem worse during his exam and then offered nothing to try to help me, other than having to pay for crowns which would take 3 weeks. I explained I was moving soon and wanted to have crowns done after I moved, but was unfortunately met with a "you're on your own then" attitude. I really got the impression that if I wasn't going to proceed with getting their crowns, they would not help me. As a physician myself, I can say with certainty I would not recommend any of my patients or any of my friends/family receive their dental care here. I have been going for almost 2 years to get an implant and top denture that I eventually had to get from a different company. They do not want to reimburse me for the cost of the dentures they never provided. They refuse to give me a copy of my dental records. BEWARE, this is a scam they are running on the dentures. I have to give Aqua Dental 10 stars but there is only five. On a Saturday I was in lots of pain and I did not have an appointment. A lot of Dental clinics are not open on Saturday and the ones that are do not take walkins. Dr. Tukdi instructed them to fit me into his schedule. On Sunday I had a problem at Walmart with the prescription and Dr.Tukdi called them and got the problem solved. All the employees were professional and service was over the top. I am horrified at some of the reviews, and especially of the review that started out with fixing another dentists mistake. If anyone thinks Dr T is not more than a 5 star, then I'll be happy to tell you about the world of dentistry. This "Indian" follows protocol. He is respected by the college in Houston. The other is not. You can look up dentist to see what has been against them by the board, which I recommend. His office staff has been kind, he has been kind... during the 5 to 6 yrs my docs weren't sure I would make it. Before leaving hateful reviews and uplifting others, I'd check them out. He has spent hours with me, seeing the horrendous experience known now by others in his field. The severity touched him to not charge me at first. I will tell you, if something was done wrong, and you speak to them like adults...he will help you in every way possible. Even those with bad attitudes are helped. We have a problem in Pearland, so before changing, I would carefully get your info together and have a talk. It could save your life. This dentist is rare. An honest man who listens. This place used to be my go to spot. Last year things changed and I had an unpleasant experience so I decided to go somewhere else. Well today I tried to go back and give them a second chance. My appointment was for 10:00 and I told them I needed to get out on time because I have to take my daughter to the dr also. I waited patiently until 10:30 and asked them did they need to reschedule me, they said no we will get you in. I get to the back and wait another 25 minutes and the hygienist comes in and he was nice, but at this time it's a waste because I wanted to be out by 11:00- 11:15 and there's no way I can get my cleaning done before 11:45 so I took a day off and drove there for nothing! Now I just hope they don't bill my insurance for wasting my time. To top it off I say a lady who was scheduled for 11:00 leaving out when I left. Iong story short... I went in for a routine cleaning. They said i have early onset of a cavity & its better to get ahead of it and have a filling placed. I've never had a cavity & i trusted their recommendation. They drilled into my tooth placed a filling and told me to give it 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I wasn't able to chew on the right side because of a new sharp pain. They attempted to correct their mistake multiple times & redo the filling. After many failed attempts I told them that they have created a problem that wasn't there in the first place & to remove me as a patient. 2 years later i still cannot chew any crunchy foods because of a shooting pain that was created after their 1st procedure. read more

After receiving a statement from them showing said credit, they began to backtrack and somehow came up with a "new" invoice alleging I actually owed them. When I told a friend I was looking for a dentist in the Pearland area she recommended Dr. T at Aqua Dental. I do not have dental insurance so when I called to make an appointment for an exam, x-rays and cleaning, I was happy to discover their cash price was very reasonable and affordable. The initial visit was phenomenal. Very courteous staff, professional Dentist, modern technology and the price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. It was discovered that I had one cavity, returned in a few weeks to get it filled and again a very reasonable price for composite (tooth-colored) filling! No pain, didn't even need anesthesia due to the location/depth of my cavity. I have since brought both of my children in for their routine dental care and they love the office and Dr. T as well. To sum it up, Dr. T is wonderful and the staff is definitely a great asset to Aqua Dental! read more

No, they did not contact me to resolve it numerous times. They: 1. Told me they sent me statements (I didn't receive squat) about the itemized bill, when the receptionists SPECIFICALLY told me that I didn't have to pay for a certain item since they used less anesthesia than they originally charged me for. Essentially that itemized bill I "received" wasn't even correct to begin with. 2. They told me essentially tough s****, since it's in the agreement that they could charge my card without notice. 3. They contacted me 1 time. After I b****ed and complained that I was more pissed off they charge me randomly without giving me a notice. Again, a decent company would at the very least notified before charging them $1,300 out of the blue. They won't even admit to that. read more

I went in. It took them forever to take pictures of my teeth. Then the hygienist came in to talk with me about doing a deep cleaning. Also the hygienist was talking with a client for a long time and I was waiting. It is unpleasant. Her words are extremely confusing and contradictory. My last f/u appointment for my crown, They had me sitting in the dentist chair for almost an hour and then the dentist didn't even see or check me. Then they just gave me a referral to another dentist, without even checking me. My wife's last appointment for her tooth implant, the dentist disn't even explain anything to her. Steer as far away from this practice as possible. This post is a bit lengthy but do yourself a favor and read this in its entirety. I broke the tooth I am writing about in high school and have had the crown replaced several times over the years, just due to time, with no incident. I was scheduled for a consultation on a replacement crown on my front tooth, #9, with Dr. Tudki - which is who i requested. Upon showing up for my appointment, I was seated in an exam room and a woman came in to do my "exam" I don't know who this person was or what her position was but she had no idea what she was looking at; did not know the tooth numbers, did not understand things I said - I was in the dental field for many years - and she was very timid in the way she performed the exam. Upon departing the treatment area at Aqua Dental, I was told my visit was $85.00. I asked if the person that did my exam was even a dentist and that I did not think so. The receptionist did not miss a beat and stated, "okay, we won't charge you for today" What? Really? Unfortunately I scheduled for the crown replacement anyway. Crown prep day, Dr. Tudki was rushed during his time with me, hurried through the entire process and sent me on my way with a hacked up gum and a temporary crown that looked like I made it myself. They used light cured composite to place the temporary and did not use any barricade between my teeth so I had cured composite crammed into my gum, between, and on, my teeth. Prior to him starting my prep, I explained that I was in sales and needed a temporary that would not be too awfully noticeable. I was assured it would look great. The temporary did not stay seated, not surprisingly, and I was able to see that no build up had been done but was charged on my insurance. I had to go in for the temporary to be seated again. Dr. Tudki was obviously not happy to see me again. My punishment... less then gentle injections, a temporary worse than the first, and totally gray, as well as an upper labial frenum that is no longer centered. Additionally, Dr. Tudki used the drill on my tooth but did not take new impressions...? More great work by Dr. Tudki. I have been seen by 2 other dentists to look at this debacle and both were horrified, to quote one, "that is the worst I have ever seen, who did that to you?" Needless to say, I have to come out of pocket to cover the new crown which will be $1400.00. Thank you again Dr. Tudki, I emphatically warn any person considering dental work by Dr. Tudki at Aqua Dental to find a dentist that cares about their; patients, work and reputation. Because of Aqua I had to actually begin using Yelp! Thank you for a prompt return call, thank you for being a dental provider who thinks outside of 9-5 M-F!! My emergency was handled as if I was an established patient and it was my 1st time. Called 1800Dentist 8pm Friday night they said they would send my info to the office. Online indicated office opened at 8am on Sat. At 7:30am my phone was ringing, it was Lauren she told me what my estimate out of pocket would be if my insurance company verification wasn't successful, she even called me back to say if I wanted to come that morning it would be ok but I would possibly have a wait. I was in pain and appreciated a dental provider accepting a new patient with an emergency. Few minutes later another call from Lauren letting me know my insurance was verified. Insurance plus reasonable payment, not 1 but 2 caring Dentist and a team of eager, smart talented assistants & hygienist this was The Best dental visit I have ever experienced. Hard to find the location, because there was no sign up. Very clean place and friendly service. I was having bad pain in the mouth and I needed to see the dentist right away. For a last minute booking, they took me in. Usually some dentists do not take in last minute patients before closing. So it was nice of them to do that. X-ray process was fine, there were times where she had to do it again, but it wasn't end of the world for me. People make mistakes, the person below me needs to understand that. Dentist came and examined my teeth. Asked me few questions about my past dental work to get an idea where this pain is coming from. Finally, he came to the conclusion about the pain.
