I took it as a lesson learned for not asking in advance, since I had never had to pay for a basic cleaning before. About a month later, I received another bill for an additional $155.40. I called regarding these new charges, and the person who answered said she would escalate it to the manager. Two months later, I was sent yet another charge--this time $20 for a "processing fee." Their reasoning was that I did not respond to their attempts to contact me, even though I had been the one consistently calling them about the bill.
