My wife and I bought the 6 person Bullfrog Spa and extras for our new home. It is said that it cost money to be cool. Well, This spa is pretty cool and Mike and Jess follow suit. No pressure on purchase and offered us many options to make it ours. They have offered great support. About 4 months after installation, our spa showed what could be a crack in the recliner area. Within a week, they had Bullfrog warranty us a new spa. The best part was that we got the newest addition with the replacement. Mike and Manny helped me level the site one more time before installing. One time, when I need some filter cleaner, one of their employees that live up by us in Mead dropped by the cleaner on his way home after I paid for it over the phone. That is true customer support. I came from out of town and just swung by to assist my brother in law. The owner and his wife are some of the kindest people I have met in quite some time. I had helped with a small task that he appreciated and his generosity and truly kind spirit speak volumes. I can see why his business is thriving and it is my honor and privilege to support his business. Although I didn't leave with a hot tub, I did leave with the Daniel Boone Green Mountain smoker which is something I have thought about over the years but never pulled the trigger. Compared to Traeger, dollar for dollar, this beats it hands down. We purchased a Bullfrog hot tub from Aqua Elite Pool & Spa. Our salesperson, MJ, was awesome. He was friendly, SUPER knowledgeable, and helped us pick the perfect hot tub. The jets in these hot tubs are actually "jet packs" (think Jetsons), so they're interchangeable! Genius! We also spoke with the owner and his wife a few times in the process--they are first class people. I can't say enough about the integrity of the business. I'm excited to continue working with them for annual maintenance, and any of those pesky things that go wrong with age--I know they'll be there for us with friendly, quality service. Bought a spa from here two years ago and absolutely love it. Much better than another major brand that we have had 3 of. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and during the wet test to check the spa out they changed the jet packs to allow us to customize the jets for what we wanted. it cost far less than the other spa's we have had as well. The staff is very helpful with water balance issues and their supplies are about the same price as you can get on the internet. Buy local and you won't be disappointed. Spa is made in America. We have a 18x36 inground vinyl liner pool installed by another local company. Have been doing business with Aqua Elite for a number of years and are so happy we switched to them for our pool needs. The personalized service we receive is excellent. Their technical proficiency is also first-rate as they've done numerous upgrades to our pool, including installing a new automatic pool cover fabric, changing the pool to a salt water system from CL2 Pool Frog cartridges, and most recently installed a new pool liner. Aqua Elite is excellent. They are all so friendly and so helpful. They have great expertise to help problem, solve and provide great service when I need them to come out and take care of the pool.
