I regret dealing with her and should have gone with a different vendor or potentially different product.

The old pump finally gave up and Samantha found me a better pump for my pool which has no issues now. Much more cost effective to run. I'm so happy with it. A little while ago decided to catch pool worlds specials on a new caldera spa. This spa came with a smart top and step. The top had an issue and Samantha did everything in her power to fix it. That being said my pool and tub run seamlessly and look and smell great. Always available for free water testing. I now just bring in water to chat with the staff that have become friend due to the hard work in customers service for me. I want to thank them for making having a pool and tub very little effort and cost. I strongly suggest this company. They have top parts and staff. When it comes to water at your house you shouldn't cut corners.

We purchased our hot tub from Northwest Spa & Pool, it was delivered & set sometime around Christmas of 2017, it was still under warranty so the service call cost us nothing! This is our second Jacuzzi hot tub in 16 years, I can only think of 3 problems over all those years + we have had incredible service both here in Spokane & Elko Nevada. Jacuzzi's are that well made & nothing moves water like it! If your looking for hot tub, buy a Jacuzzi. If your in the Inland Empire buy from Northwest Spa & Pool. We stopped by last Friday to take a look and the business is in a small plaza with NO SIGN to identify that they are there. You walk in and the salesperson Michael was nice a did greet us. We were sincerely interested and decided to move forward with possibly purchasing a 2 person spa. Now keep in mind that all the sales mention Spa's starting at $2995. Everything is an add on and of course we got the talk about how the sales price can end tomorrow, which was fine. My husband and I decided to move forward and completed the sale paperwork. We decided on possibly financing it but had to wait for a decision from the company on terms etc until Monday. Over the weekend we did some additional research and the reviews we found online warned about issues and the fact the parts and labor warranty was only 1 year. So we became concerned. On Monday we received a tentative finance approval but NO TERMS were listed and lots of documents such as bank statements, paystubs, etc being requested??? After my husband and I talked that same evening we decided to look around some more and find something with a little better reviews, etc. When I emailed back our concerns and that we were not going to move forward the salesperson responded unprofessionally and very snippy in stead of maybe trying to save the sale. This made our decision not to purchase a Tuff Spa. The setup is pretty unprofessional to include the location with no signs. Buyer beware.

I apologize for not remembering names here, but the owners son was who helped me primarily. The service was excellent and I decided to pull the trigger several days later, they even let me have the floor model I fell in love with. The main thing I was dreading was the added expense of the installation, for some reason. Well the owner came out and delivered/installed it himself for next to nothing, I was blown away! The hot tub is still running strong, but if I ever have any issues with it I will not hesitate to call, knowing they'll get me taken care of.

I think the their hot tubs were on sale, but the staff were pushy, wanted a $100 deposit while we thought about it, wanted to deliver on Monday and then they were off to the next city/state and said everything would be fine, don't worry about getting it there, it will fit, electrical is good (felt as though they would say anything to just make a sell). We went to Country Holmes Power (also had an weekend event and they are local) and we were met by Garth. Garth acknowledged and spoke to my wife and I, but also our sons, who were with us that Saturday. Garth was not pushy, showed us their inventory and explained different tubs and care systems (O-care). We left that Saturday with no purchase and no commitment, just Garth thanking me and my family for stopping by and if we had any questions to reach out. The next week I called to set up for a free home consultation/inspection for removal of old, delivery of new and ensure electrical was good. I met James who came out and inspected the back yard, measured between gates, measured between ground and eve clearance, talked about which way we wanted the new tub facing...just very thorough and detailed. There was some questions regarding electrical at first. I then started working with Nik (Garth was on vacation) and Nik stepped in, answered all my questions, looked into answers he didn't know and got back to me and gave me time to think and talk with my wife without pressure. We also worked with Brian regarding financing options, he gave a print out of options and possibility's. My wife and I decided on a hot tub and were ready to move forward. We had a delivery date scheduled but due to the Spokane Fires I had to put it on pause. They were more than patient and waited for me to call them once we were ready. James and Nik delivered our new hot tub, help get it set up the way we wanted, installed the lift/cover, explained maintenance care and answered every questions I had. I did not feel like they were in a hurry and ready to get to the next job, they care about their customer and making sure they are happy. I normally do not write reviews but I should more often as I appreciate the information I get when looking at a company or product. I give Country Homes Power, Garth, Nik, James and Brian all 5 stars. From start to finish they were not pushy, answered all my questions, and I really feel they put in a ton of effort to make sure I was happy and satisfied. My entire experience was extremely positive, I will continue to use them and reach out to these four gentleman and I would recommend them to friends and family. Also, Brian at the northside store has been exceptionally helpful and this entire process when I purchased the tub from the county fair everything from financing to delivery has been exceptional.
