The massages are great but they always try to get you to pay in cash. One day they told me that there credit care reader was not working and made me walk through a parking lot and a field to an ATM to get cash to pay. I asked if I could write check but he did not understand the English. I was not pleased. So, I went to the ATM and gave them the exact price that was charged. They also sometimes try to up sell you on more time "you want 30 more minutes? So good." This is just annoying. The massages are great. I walked into Aqua Footcare on a Tuesday night at five minutes till eight knowing they closed at 9 o'clock. I asked for the 45 minute foot reflexology massage. They took me right in no problem Trista did a great job, massaging my feet and noticed I was having knee pain and calf pain as well. She immediately recommended an additional massage. Quality massage at a fair price. This place is well run and make it easy to schedule a massage with short notice. I am always busy and prefer to have a place I can go on last minute notice and still get a quality massage and this is that place. They always get me in and Tina does an amazing job. Although I believe they recently increased their prices it is still fair and honestly much better than nearly every spa I've been to in the area. (Been to at least 10) I would rather have an amazing and pain relieving treatment in a no frills environment on short notice than an overpriced subpar treatment in a full frills spa that takes two days to schedule and hands me a nice cup of tea for my troubles. If you feel the same this is the place for you. TIPS TO OWNER: 1. Please change the music from piano type classical to waterfalls, rainforests, relaxing mellow spa music etc. just something that isn't high pitched piano notes that are distracting more than relaxing. 2. Maybe change the tv from CNBC and CSI to something a bit more relaxing like pandas in a forest, slides of nature, or just waterfalls. I'm not sure many people are wanting to think about their stock portfolios or find out which character is guilty of murder while getting a massage. I had a chair massage by male masseuse. Now I can appreciate deep tissue massage but this guy beat me up!!! I felt as though I was in a car accident for the next few days. Not kidding. My husband and I walked in looking for a couple massage. We were brought to the furthest back room that only had a curtain for a door. Our massage tables had paper towels for us to place our faces in. The only ambiance sounds we had was someone in the back hocking up phlegm. Two men did our massage and it was literally the worst "massage", it honestly felt more like abuse... I had to tell him to stop several times, I told him it hurt repeatedly and he did not let up. He continued with the same pressure and I literally had tears in my eyes. My husband said that the man that did his also hurt him and all he used was elbows. It was just absolutely awful. This place looks a little shady as you stroll by in the Cool Springs Galleria mall...but you find yourself intrigued by the one or two customers inside laying on a recliner getting their feet rubbed. I literally came here EVERY Friday while I was pregnant accompanied by my husband who had sympathy pains. This was the only thing that helped my hurting hip bones. You can pick between 30 minute, 45 minute, or 60 minute services...but you will kick yourself in the butt if you don't get the hour service. First they soak your feet in almost-too-hot water with some black gritty stuff to remove any toxins in your feet. You recline your chair back and they'll offer you green tea or water. The green tea is blah...get the water! They use Asian reflexology all over your feet, ankles, calves, and don't be surprised one of them massages your quads...no funny stuff though. If your feet are sensitive to pressure, tell them "light" pressure and they'll go easy. Just a heads up...these are the same people you see in the middle of the mall giving quickie massages that leave you bruised for a few days...tell them "light" pressure. BUT...this service feels wonderful...better than a massage since the reflexology effect lasts long after you leave. Each guy/gal working here gives a slightly different reflexology session...but I have yet to have a bad experience. Next time you're in the mall...give up purchasing one extra shirt and try this service...it'll refresh you for the rest of your shopping. BTW...if you're pregnant...TRY this!!! read more

Walked in and they acted shocked to see a human. Should have been my first warning. They kept saying "table or chair table or chair!" I asked to see a listing of what they offered. I selected the table for 60 min. The woman walked away with no instructions. I ask if I should follow her, she ignored me. I walked into the other room and ask if this is where I needed to be. She again ignored me and walked out the room. I at that point am confused, I walked out of the room and ask what clothing items she would like me to take off. She then begins to take my shirt off for me. I push her hand away and tell her I could do that. I ask again what clothing items she wants me to take off. She again attempted to take my shirt off for me. I push her hand again and ask if she speaks English. No response from this woman yet again! I walked out of the room and approach a younger woman and ask if she speaks English... All I got was a confused look. Needless to say I left. How are they in business? read more

Beware! Massage broke my skin! I've been here 4 times and have had 2 decent chair massages and 2 great foot massages; however, today, I got a 30 minute chair massage that left me injured. I've gone 3 times now. The experience is different depending on which of the people work on you. But you can't get much better for the amount you pay. You can choose between a table massage, a chair massage (what you see in the mall), and foot reflexology. I think the minimum for the table and foot reflexology is 30 minutes ($35). Just tell them how deep/hard you want your pressure to be, and they'll adjust. You won't get the ambience you get at a day spa, but it's just as relaxing! read more

After a long and difficult week I was hoping to get a relaxing chair massage instead it was more like I was in their way. The moment I got in the chair, the therapists started talking to each other in their language. Laughing, snickering etc. it almost felt like they were making fun of me behind my back. I know that might sound insane but trust me on this, it was weird. To add to it, other employees would come in the room and stand right in front of the chair I was in to chat up the lady who was giving me a massage. I finally spoke up and they stopped. Reading the other reviews I decided to try this place. I am 33 weeks pregant and have swelling. My tootsies needed a little TLC. The soaking was great. Then the massage started. I was trying to hold the tears in from how rough the man was with me. A few times I had asked him not so hard. I quickly realized that they do not speak English. This is a great place if you carry tension in your neck and shoulders because you can get a great massage for as little time as you have so I often will stop by if I'm in the area and get a quick back massage. Personally I prefer the massage by the men. Once I had a woman massage me and it was horrible...very painful so I've stirred clear of them. read more
