Came here for a massage for my birthday and Roxy was great! Very nice, great massage.

Went here impromptu for a couples massage. They charged $170 plus tax -- which threw me off since most places include tax in the price. Despite us arriving early, they were late bringing us to the room, and we ended up getting about 6 minutes short of our hour-long massage. The worst part? A roach was spotted in the massage room -- huge red flag for cleanliness. I will say the gentleman who did my massage had great technique -- firm and effective. But between making customers pay upfront, delays in getting started, cutting the session short, and the unwanted insect visitor, I cannot recommend this place. read more

If I could put a negative review I would! My wife came in there to get her nails done and instead of doing her nails, the employees bullied her about the eczema on her hands until she had leave. My wife did not feel welcome in this an establishment from the moment she walked in until the moment she walked out. I would warn anyone if you don't want to pay to be made fun of don't go here!! read more

horrible place, made a appointment online for a couples massage and made a note on the appointment requesting 2 female therapist. they had me pay upfront then told me they only have one female and one male. One of the beds was extremely creeky, music was awful and not relaxing at all. Room had an odd smell. the male massaged my boyfriend for over 30 mins over the sheet while the lady put lotion on her hands and massaged my head , ended up leaving with my hair matted and greasy. Massage was not pleasing at all and was extremely disappointing for how much I paid. read more

Took a chance on this place even though they had very little reviews. Booked a couples massage and upon arrival we find that we have one male and one female therapist. For whatever reason the male massaged my fiancé and the female massaged me, which I thought was strange. However I didn't find out until after having the worst "deep tissue" massage that the male therapist was spending extra time massaging my fiancés butt, and on top of that he did so with the sheet not covering her private areas. If I would have found out in the middle, I would have caused a scene but she didn't tell me until after we left that he was spreading her butt cheeks and the sheet was not covering her down there. Completely unprofessional and beyond creepy... If you're a female BEWARE. Ask for a female therapist or don't go at all. As an athlete I always do deep tissue and it was the lightest, most half asses massage I've ever gotten. So disappointed and at this point I feel violated for me and my fiancé after learning what the male therapist did. I'm at a loss for words and not sure what to do other than to warn others before making the same mistake. Just started strength training so I was rather tight and hurting bad after work today, came to this establishment to try nd help my pain a little. The lady up front asked how long would I like a massage I said 1 hr she showed me the price, They charged me upfront before service. After waiting 15 mins a girl come in with a phone, the person said I didn't have an appointment and they thought I did have one. They had me get dressed and leave the room, upset n giving me my refund they shorted me $12 only gave me $60 back. When I pointed it out the gentlemen ran to the back and brought my money. We had a couples massage for our anniversary. The two ladies that performed the massages had very good technique. I hate to leave negative reviews but the excuses from the owner didn't sit well with me. First, she requires you to pay upfront which is uncomfortable because I am not adding a tip before I receive service. Second, the lady massaging my husband answered the business line during his massage. Later she left the room to deal with a walk-in customer while leaving our room door open. I was new to town and took a chance on a location with just a few reviews. My wife and I went and had individual 90 minute massages. She advised hers was a very light touch, with minimal pressure, but was relaxing. I had masseuse "Annie". She had great knowledge and strength in her arms, hands and legs. She did a fantastic job working out numerous knots in my back and legs. She was very pleasant with a beautiful smile. I would definitely go back again and schedule with Annie. I felt much better and was able to stretch and bend without pain. The massages were $110.00 each for 90 minutes and anything additional was an extra charge (hot stones, etc.) I would recommend this spa to anyone looking for a professional good massage. read more

Booked a couples massage, and it was great....however one of the ladies was very flirty with my significant other, and during the massage I open my eyes, and see the lady climb on top of him, while he was laying on his back.... That made me very uncomfortable, and upset, especially since the lady giving my massage never had to get on top of me?!? Then upon checkout the lady continues to flirt with my husband in FRONT OF ME! I just happened to come across this place on a chance. I am disabled and have been getting massages regularly for 26 years. I have been to many places. But I had been going to the massage therapy school because it was the most affordable way to get more massages in and have to spend less time wearing out my chiropractor. I was somewhat worried at first I went there out of desperation as the massage therapy school was in school sessions and Hand and Stone the other place kept raising their prices and their quality and availability was always not available. My other concern was my experience at other Asian massage places was that they literally beat the crap out of you. But with all my medical issues and chronic pain it was something I can't handle. It's nothing fancy, but they are very nice and respectful. I've had lots of surgeries and PT 19 times. I've been going there for a couple months now and hands down I gotten some of the best muscle work done from head to toe I've ever received anywhere. And what is really great they are open from 10 am to 10pm so no matter what kind of schedule I have I can get in for a massage. I would highly recommend this place! read more

Got a call at 8 PM the night before a scheduled massage telling me that only male massage therapists were available for that massage and the subsequent one scheduled on Thursday. And at that point it was too late to reschedule with someone else. read more

they over charged my card by 100.00 and when i called to point it out they treated me as if it were no big deal. They refunded my money but watch out i believe this happens a lot. If i had not noticed it i would've been ripped off. 100.00 more is quite a "mistake". read more
