I'm going to be the dissenting opinion: The washers are a complete rip off, false advertising. They programmed them to only have one rinse cycle to save money, but the washers are clearly marked as having two rinse cycles, like every washer has since the 1950's. That's the reason why this place is so cheap. They never washed all of the soap out of my clothes, I ended up doing each load twice and it still didn't fix the problem because the machines added fabric softener to the rinse cycle when they were still dirty and full of soap. Clothes have to be free of soap in order to work well with fabric softener, and they weren't. So, what should have been 20 minutes took over an hour and I eventually noticed the extra $1.00 charge for a 'super wash' that equates it with a wash cycle you should get anywhere else. I threw the extra in when the wash had started and the machine ate my quarters. I was paying attention to the super wash, it still only uses one rinse cycle but it turns 20 minutes into 30 minutes, there were no other differences. I was out by the cost of 4 wash cycles plus an extra $2 for the super wash thing when I had 2 loads to do. What did I just get done with an hour ago? Rewashing a few t-shirts and hanging them up. And why was I here in the first place? Because my usual laundromat's water was turned off for repairs. Don't get me wrong, the washers and the dryers and the floors all look terrific, there's always staff hanging around keeping everything clean. But the results speak for themselves, and they were unsatisfactory. read more

This laundromat is located on the corner of Crescent and Lincoln and is next to a great nail salon and Walker's Liquor & Deli which serves awesome sandwiches. I thought with the low income apartments surrounding the laundromat this place would be packed, but it's surprisingly empty and peaceful. I don't think they have wi-fi though and if they do it sucks. They have three flat screen t.v.'s: one plays movies with no commercial breaks, the other has a scene of a virtual fish tank and the third displays the cable menu and nothing else. This laundromat takes coins only. Depending on how big your laundry load is the cost can vary ($2 - 7.50). I washed a small load today and it only took 20 minutes, but when I pulled the clothes out it felt like barely damp? Another patron was asking around about the same thing and started knocking on the employee doors to get answers but there was no one on site. She was calling the number listed but no one answered. Another girl noticed the commotion and asked what was going on and we discussed the lack of water in the 20 lbs. washers and she said she noticed the same thing last week. We only saw water appear towards the end during the spin cycle and when her laundry cycle finished she was pissed. I felt the clothes and they were barely damp like mine. I guess stay away from the 20 lbs. washers as they don't clean thoroughly. I threw the clothes in the dryer and for $1 I got 48 minutes, but since they were barely wet they dried in 30 minutes. There's not really any A.C in here just ceiling fans so it gets hot. There's more parking in the back of the store which you can access going south on Crescent towards Lincoln. I'd give it a 2.5 - 3 start rating. read more

This place is always clean and to be honest it's been the best place I found in OC that washes your clothes ,I don't mind driving 12 minutes to have my clothes smelling fresh for the week . Sokha is one of the staff that I appreciate so much ! I really like this laundry place everytime I come. However, everytime I exchange my $20 into quarters/dollar coins in the machines they have, I feel it doesn't give the right amount. I never took my time to count my money because I'm usually in a rush, but today I did and 75 cents are missing. It might not be a big deal but for someone that doesn't have that much money it is. I tried to call the number they provided, and I had to leave a message. Hopefully they get back to me since I'm leaving soon. ^^^that was my review 20 minutes ago. I'm editing it again to simply say, this place have awesome customer service because they apologized and were going to make sure I get back my 75 cents back. However, I was wrong that I didn't have the exact amount. My advice is that always check the silver coins because they could be quarters or one dollar. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK! Use this laundry mat for the first time. This place is super clean and affordable. All machines are practically brand new. They have different capacities all the way up to 60 lbs. Let me start off by saying this place was the best... about a year ago. There was another laundry attendant always keep the place super clean he was always around making sure the place was nice and clean. I moved away and this place is a little far from my new place so I hadn't been back in a while until this past Monday I came to visit my mom and decided I would bring my clothes and blankets with me to wash at this place. I used 5 of their 60lbs washers i had a lot to wash (mainly blankets). As soon as I came in I noticed the laundry attendant giving me a bad look. I thought "oh my, maybe it's just because I have so much clothes" so I decided to just ignore it and continued to do my laundry. When I was ready to dry I noticed her staring at me and watched her follow me around as I was putting my clothes in the dryers she told me to not use all of the dryers in a rude manner when I had just used 8 of them for 5 60lbs washer I don't think that was a lot since I have noticed the signs on the dryers advising you to not put too much clothes in each dryer. I just responded to her that I wasn't using them all and walked away. As I was waiting for my dryers to be done I noticed the laundry attendant gossiping with a couple of other ladies as they stared at me and continued to talk amongst them. This made me feel so uncomfortable I will never be coming back here and I would not recommend to anyone that has a lot to wash I guess this place is only for people that have a little bit of clothes to wash since the laundry attendant gets upset if you use ALL HER DRYERS (8 out of 40) read more

Legit- the best place to do laundry. Exceptionally clean, washers take 20 mins and I never need more than $.50 to dry throughly. This place has state of the art washers and dryers worth every $ to load. Keep in mind you use less soap here(follow measurements on the machines) so you save money in that. dryers are huge and the have a fill line for everything so you don't mess up your laundry or the machines! Location is a convenience big time and parking is available in the back and front of the location. I get all my laundry done in an hour and I'm out. I love that they have auto lock doors after 8:30pm and they open at 5am. read more

This place is very new and I mean lick the floor clean new lol. But what makes it stand out is the attention to detail. Without speaking to the manager I already knew they cared about what they were investing in. Lots of seating ,cool tunes playing in the background and lots of easy to clean surfaces. My first time doing laundry here and I must say it is super clean and inexpensive. The dryer is only $.25 for 30 mins. For a 30lb wash for $3.00. The restroom is also clean! i don't frequent laundromats because of how horrific the experience usually is, BUT, with that being said i really needed a commercial size washer for my thick down duvet/comforter. yelped a few laundromats, saw these reviews and decided to try this place. i LOVE this spot. incredibly clean, a ton of seating, there are numerous size washers (from 20 to 80lbs) which makes doing awkward sized loads both easy and cost efficient, and they have all the amenities (change machine, soap machine, carts) and there are a ton of little signs posted around to make sure you have all the necessary info on the washers and your options. (not to mention everything is laminated and clear and concise) if you visit this laundromat, i promise you doing your laundry won't feel much like a chore. read more
