Well lit parking lot. As a family of 6 with little kids who had to thoroughly wash our soaked rain gear post-Disney, we felt safe and were able to do loads, even at 9-10 pm. They even allowed us to dry our sneakers. Easy tap pay, so no need for coins. Do consider bringing your own laundry detergent and softener, though we easily bought some small cheap ones inside the laundromat since we forgot our own. Bathrooms relatively clean. I had a terrible experience here. I paid $71 for 41 pounds of laundry, and my laundry came back in worse shape than when I dropped it off. My bras were bent and wrinkled, and the leggings are so wrinkled I don't know how they did it--definitely not what I expect from a brand like Lululemon. Everything is wrinkled, and my socks have random lint all over them. It's clear the quality control and care just isn't there lately. I'm never coming back. I have used this laundromat for a few years now. Their staff is always nice and helpful. They keep the place very clean. They have brand new touch screen machines which are excellent. I recently decided to try their wash and fold service and they told me that they do pick up and delivery, if I wanted to try it. I decided to try it and WOW!! I didn't have to do anything but leave my clothes outside my door. The next day it arrived clean and folded beautifully. The owners are very nice and have expressed how they've been wanting to upgrade the place and make sure everything runs very smoothly. They are doing a great job. The wash and fold was quite affordable especially since it took only 5 minutes of my time. read more

The most important thing is they have top loaders and 24 hrs. Price as of today $3.00 dryers fast. Lots of people just hanging around outside but not intimidating or rude. Persons that were there to wash were nice and seemed to be working couples. Person on site to help with any issues. I used another service for a couple years and was not happy with them or their prices and I just tried out these guys for the first time and I'm very happy with it. They picked up and dropped off my laundry and the owner was very helpful in getting me started and explaining their service to me. They wash your clothes separately from other orders which is fantastic since I am a very hygienic person. Their prices are very affordable, they only charged me $25 for what a dry cleaner charged me $80 a week before... but they do have a $45 minimum for delivery service which I was still happy with and next time I'll just send more laundry. All around great service and I just want to give them a good review and support their business. Don't hesitate to give them a try. read more

To the owner thanks for lying you can roll back the camera and see how I was harassed the moment I walked through the doors. My machine was not smoking the attendant claims it was making a loud noise the machine across from me was also making a loud noise but she didn't open the washer machine. She saw I put a blanket and wanted to tell me the opposite machine that had only clothes was too full. Been coming here from months and I wash the same amount of clothes each time one laundry load I've never been harassed as much as I felt when I came here. What about her locking my car in the gate she stopped me from moving it because I had to get my clothes than proceeded to lock me in the gate and tell Me she was going to open it in 9 minutes. I'll never step foot in here ! and your business won't thrive treating people the way you do. If a refund was offered I would have happily got my clothes out she told me several times she wasn't going to give me a refund but I needed to take my clothes out in the middle of a cycle I think The fuck not !!! read more

Threw my clothes in the washer and added my detergent and fabric softener like normal, but after I took my clothes out of the dryer I realized my clothes smelled like neither the detergent nor fabric softener dispensed. The worker said there was nothing they could do about it, so just be mindful of that. read more

Worst experience ever Came in at 6:20 pm some people came in left 1 piece of clothing in the washers and were no where to be found I waited around a couple of minutes since no one came I took one of their pieces of clothing out then when they seen me loading the washer they got upset and the short lady that was responsible of the washers at that time told me I had to take my clothes out that I had to ask first before taking it out but how was I supposed to ask if no one was around. I understand people want to save washers but it's not cool that they leave their clothes their for a while while others are ready to wash and can't. After they made me take my clothes out the people loaded the washers but didn't even add coins all that arguing and they didn't even need to use the washers what a horrible experience. read more

They didn't have an atm or card machine so I had to leave and go get cash and go back. Then one of the dryers didn't work too well and I requested to be compensated for that time which they reluctantly provided me. In the end laundry was done but if I don't have to go there again, I won't. Upside is that it is a 24/7 spot. read more

Good place if you need to wash late. But the area at night is a bit sketchy due to homeless around and tweakers. The laundry it self needs to be better cleaned looks like they don't really keep up with cleaning. read more
