He stares constantly and sometimes follows me around; it feels like harassment and sends a clear message of 'What are you doing here?' I grew up in this neighborhood and have come here since I was a baby with my mother. I am leaving five stars only out of respect for the business's history and my years of patronage, but this behavior is unacceptable. Management, please speak to your staff. As much as we like to support local businesses, it it is time to look for an alternative to this location. Very disappointed.

She said the owner said no and doesn't want that. Seems like he doesn't care about the customers knowing. What a douche bag. So I lost half my wash having to wash my whites in warm water. I had read the reviews before going to her, so I was aware of Coco delivering a day late on alterations. I went in on June 18th to get my dress altered, and Coco told me to come in on July 2nd to pick up my dress. On July 2nd, I actually called her beforehand to confirm that my dress would be ready. She asked me for my dress color and then said to come by any time before 5pm. My dress was not ready. I drove over, and Coco told me that she was still working on my dress. She also mentioned that the person who usually steams all the finished pieces had already left for the day, so she needed an additional day. I was fine with her needing extra time, but I wish she had said that over the phone before I made the drive. I thought that was inconsiderate, especially since I had already been proactive about calling beforehand to confirm that the dress could be picked up. Nonetheless, the alterations turned out nicely. The hem of the dress worked beautifully with the heels I chose, and the tightened shoulder seams made the dress fit much nicer. I felt so confident wearing this dress at my friend's wedding. The hem and shoulder seam adjustments totaled $80. I don't have a frame of reference for the average cost of alterations for formal attire, so I can't tell if it was reasonable. I would definitely recommend getting your clothes in earlier rather than later to accommodate for any potential delays.

When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

Ive been doing my laundry for years at this location and I love it! There is free wifi, a play area for my kids to let me do my laundry in peace, and there are 3 big screen tvs that you can request the workers to put it on the channel of your choice! The machines give PLENTY of water (both hot and cold) and are ALWAYS CLEAN. There are many dryers and plenty of folding tables. The workers Juanita and Carmen are always welcoming and ensure that the facility is always clean. The owner David is very friendly and when he is here walks out and gives his customers a snack to enjoy while waiting for your clothes. I strongly recommend this place if you are all about cleanliness and a friendly environment! read more

A friend recommended this place and I'm ver satisfied. I have been coming here for about a year from Anaheim. It's never crowded there's always room and the machines are always very well kept. The washing machines wash really good and the dryers are amazing. They never leave my clothes wet and I don't have to be putting in a lot of quarters. They also have free WiFi which I love about this place. My family comes here because it's not small there's a lot of space to sit down. And the TVs are really good. Flat screens and they'll put it to whatever channel I want if I ask. This laundromat is overall great better than he other ones I've been too I come here from Anaheim. read more

I love coming here! As a mother of 2 kids you can imagine that the laundry piles up. I don't know about you guys, but I HATE laundry. I love how there are so many washers and dryers which lets me always get the job done quickly (which is very important for a busy mom like me). It is always kept clean; every time I am here you will always find someone cleaning the machines and sweeping the floors. There's a kids area that keeps my toddler entertained with toys as well as cartoons on the tv on the wall. The location is great conviniently next to a 711 and taqueria in case you get hungry and want a bite to eat. Will definitely continue to come here! read more

I was recommended by a neighbor to try this place out because it was cheaper than the one I was going to. I'm glad I did! It's very clean, free wi-if, kids area and the manager is super nice, always willing to help! And he gives out free candy as well, score! Plus, the big bonus for me was if you come between 6-10am all the top load washers are only a dollar, so that's a huge bonus if you have kids and/or a big family. I would definitely recommend this laundromat if you want and affordable, safe place to do your laundry and if you ever have any issues the manager is always there to help out you! read more

I have to be very critical about this laundromat. Don't get me wrong, the machines are great and place is clean. The problem is that there are too many homeless people, vagrants and problematic people that come into the laundromat while we are here and no one is taking care of the place. These guys bang the machines, and we are on guard watching them because we might get jumped by them in broad day light. The shop owner besides the laundromat said that they have been robbed at mid day by these same people that hang at the laundry and not even the Buena Park police do anything when they are called read more

Our home dryer broke so we needed to take care of our laundry outside of the home. We found Orange Laundromat from Yelp and it is great! There are tons of new washers and dryers that are easy to use. The building is clean and well lit and there is plenty of parking in the lot. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we will come back here again if we have a problem with our home laundry again. They had plenty of available machines and the price was pretty good! They have a tv to sit and watch while you wait, and kids area for the little ones to play in, and a few vending machines in case you get snacky or thirsty while you wait for your laundry to wash and dry. Been coming here for a little less than a year. Excellent customer service!!! All machines work. The place is always clean and well maintained. There is an attendant on duty most of the time. Plenty of washers and dryers and prices are very reasonable. Play area for the kids and lots of tv's to be entertained. I come here all the time since I live right around the block. It's usuallly clean and has very reasonable prices. I've never had any issues with the machines and the few times I've seen other customers struggle with the machines, management is usually around to address any issues. Great place to do your laundry and it's right next to 711 so you can also munch out while you wait for your clothes to be ready! :) read more

Clean, safe, excellent prices. I do laundry late at night without feeling fearful. There is always COPS ar 7 eleven which helps the place stay cleaner. The laundry mat has free WIFI and a clean environment for the kids to play, or even do homework. Super large TV if you don't want to miss your favorite shows. Security cameras everywhere. They have TVs to watch sports events in one area and they have cartoons in a kids only area. Friendly people and they have vending machines and gumball machines and much more. I set out on my journey. First stop--nope. The place looked like it hadn't seen a mop since the dinosaurs roamed. I noped out of there so fast, my socks practically folded themselves. Second stop--still no. This one had machines, sure, but also an unidentified puddle of doom in the corner. Was it water? Detergent? Tears from someone who lost a sock? I wasn't sticking around to find out. By now, my laundry and I were growing weary, but I refused to give up. Clean floors. Sparkling machines. Plenty of space to sit and contemplate my life choices while my clothes spun in bliss. It was huge--like, I could actually breathe without bumping into someone's overflowing basket and bad odors, And yes, there were kids running around, but for once, it wasn't an issue. There was enough space for them to zoom around without me fearing for my freshly folded laundry. Moral of the story: If you want your laundry done in a place that won't give you trust issues, this is the spot. Would I return? Absolutely. Would I tell my clothes they're about to have a spa day instead of laundry duty? You bet. 5/5, highly recommend.

This is NOT TRUE in the sense of the word meaning it needs a major clarification. One machine. One. For 6 loads it's $6 and you can pay by cc on that machine. Everything else takes quarters. Place is tidy. Not clean. Most machines are working. A few are in need of service. All of them need a good cleaning. Most of the detergent doors have mildew or some black gunk I avoided. I was able to find 4 machines out of the bunch (on the west side of the location closest to Richman) that didn't have gunk in the detergent compartment and used those. Regular maintenance and cleaning would remedy the issue immediately. The floors aren't clean so I'll be extra careful when unloading the washing machine and into the dryer. Prices are reasonable. It's quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves. 3 TVs in drying/folding area and none are on. Not sure if they're not working or what the deal is. Ceiling fans and open doors keep air circulating and cool. AM seems to be non crowded. No WiFi and no worker/attendant in sight. Edited to remove two stars. It's dirty like nearly to the level of don't come here. Gross (I didn't look at the ceiling and air vents near the dryers before -- yikes!). The place needs a good deep clean. I saw a water bug (cockroach baby) near the sink in the center aisle by the last 2 load machine. And I was wrong. You CAN use your card on their big dryers. So you COULD pay by cc to wash and dry your clothes if you opted for those two machines. Long story short. Price is good. That's about it. Major room for improvement

One of them left his old truck running, backed into the parking spot in front of the door and the door was wide open. He went to put his clothes in the washing machine while the exhaust was polluting the inside of the laundromat. Another guy walked in and was circling the laundromat with no clothes and it made me a little uneasy but then he left. I believe the cost to used one of the larger washing machines was around $7 to $8. It's a small laundromat, there's parking around back, but you have to enter off Valencia and go down the alley. It's convenient and later more people stopped in and it felt less sketchy.

Dirty and unkept machines. There are better choices around town. Won't bother coming back.read more

SUPER CLEAN, a lot of washers (all different sizes), and dryers. The staff is always diligently addressing any issues that may occur.
