This was a two day project, I helped as much as I could with pulling trash out of the home and providing cold water to the ladies, all of whom were very nice and professional, and did a great job. My home afterward looks completely different, I wish that my grandmother was still alive to see it, but I know that she is smiling at us from above seeing the great job that Sabrina and J did cleaning up her home. I was able to get a quote online and everything was handled seamlessly. The house looked and smelled fresher compared to before, which was a huge relief! While I did have to remind the ladies a few times to wipe the light switches, and a few spots were still missed, i dont blame them since its a larger home and they had already spent 3+ hours cleaning. It's tiring! I ended up spending another 1 hour myself spot cleaning after they left, but thats due to my own OCD higher standards. Love that they made my carpets looked vacuumed. Customer Service: The customer service team was always friendly, professional, and responsive. Whenever I had a question or concern, they got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Cleaning Quality: The quality of the cleaning was inconsistent and really depended on who was assigned to my home. Some cleaners did an outstanding job (10/10), while others were average (5/10), and a few experiences were disappointing. On one occasion, my kitchen floor wasn't mopped, and they had to return the following day to finish the job. Another time, I noticed a cleaner heating water in my microwave, which seemed odd and unnecessary since I have hot running water. I was also told that their cleaners are trained to clean around items left on countertops rather than moving them, so areas underneath appliances like toasters weren't cleaned. It was disappointing because those areas were often left untouched. I probably would have continued using the service despite the inconsistency if the pricing had remained the same. However, after the substantial increase, I no longer felt the service provided enough value for the cost. Multiple messages immediately back to back telling you to pay up. I didn't have a day open to do it. I'm not paying a deposit until I have a schedule to allow it. The contract is ridiculous. Especially the fine print. If you order them. Pay what was required and they finish early , you would be pro rated. Unless the owner does the cleaning. Then according to her, if she finishes early you pay the full boat because of her experience. That's not how it works. It's a cleaning service. Not a custom car build. You have no say if she cokes to clean. Because if you cancel in a case like that, you pay the whole thing. One example of the nickel and dime mindset. She's not overly friendly either. My hope is she sees this and makes some form of an adjustment but after reading others reviews on a different platform I found she likes to argue with clients. I'm not into arguing about how my carpet was vacuumed. Because I did not use the service it would be inappropriate to give a negative star rating. But I can give everyone a heads up so they know what they are dealing with.

My parents and I are amazed at the quality of their work. The house was absolutely sparkling at the end of the day (it took over 9 hours!!!). They took direction very well, and paid so much attention to the details, which has not been my experience among house cleaners, sadly. I also appreciated James' communication leading up to cleaning day. He walked through the house with me ahead of time to fully understand the scope, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He was great at communicating over text, and showed up promptly on cleaning day. It took way longer than anticipated due to the stubbornness of the grime, but the guys took it in stride and refused to leave until the job was done.
