I do not have a review for the work done. We never got that far. The amount of pressure the owner used to get us to pay before they cleaned was enough to walk away. Multiple messages immediately back to back telling you to pay up. I didn't have a day open to do it. I'm not paying a deposit until I have a schedule to allow it. The contract is ridiculous. Especially the fine print. If you order them. Pay what was required and they finish early , you would be pro rated. Unless the owner does the cleaning. Then according to her, if she finishes early you pay the full boat because of her experience. That's not how it works. It's a cleaning service. Not a custom car build. You have no say if she cokes to clean. Because if you cancel in a case like that, you pay the whole thing. One example of the nickel and dime mindset. She's not overly friendly either. My hope is she sees this and makes some form of an adjustment but after reading others reviews on a different platform I found she likes to argue with clients. I'm not into arguing about how my carpet was vacuumed. Because I did not use the service it would be inappropriate to give a negative star rating. But I can give everyone a heads up so they know what they are dealing with. read more

I thought I found a right service provider in the beginning. But their service quality down once they get busier. The owner said 2 member service ($90/hr) is required so I do 4 hours service with 2 members all the time. (One member service is $60/hr) I had an appointment today but some of their team members called in sick or something happened so they said only one member can come. I understand that they can't control this situation. I asked whether one member is able to complete within a budget which is $360. However he said he can't guarantee.. So I communicated with the office whether he can stay longer to complete. They said it is possible to stay longer but I have to pay at one member service rate which is $480 for 8 hours job. I asked to match or adjust the rate but answer is NO. Then they offered for 6 hours which is $360 at one member rate. So I asked can you complete in 6 hours? Answer was I can't guarantee.. Are you serious? Do you want me to pay you something you can't guarantee to provide? I had a similar issue last service. Only one member came and explained me the other one is running behind but she will join shortly. Fine.. but they left before 4 hours and my house doesn't look completed. I called them and they said it is done. I sent some pictures and thankfully one person came back to complete. And this happened right next service. I tried to reschedule but they are too busy to reschedule when I needed. They provided a check list about what they will cover, but I didn't get it after the first service. I thought they know what to do so I trusted but not all areas were covered service after service. I don't think I can trust this company anymore so I canceled the service. 4 hour clean done this past week with this company. Cleaner was late and constantly on her phone throughout the cleaning. Very slow cleaning. Missed two cabinets and all the baseboards. Then, I got charged extra because the worker was slow and I had to pay extra for her to do everything she missed. Wouldn't recommend this company. Heather is the office manager and very rude. This company is slow and charges for their mistakes. Watch your clock because you will pay for the worker being slow. Not work it. Had to hire another company to re do all the cleaning Perfectly Clean did not do perfectly. Edit: had to change my name to post anonymously. They have my card on file and automatically charged me extra. No way to prevent extra charges. Name changed for safety. Edit again: Heahter is lying. This is not true. Contacted them through yelp after getting frustrated with my old house cleaners not doing great job. Heather was super responsive and would reply even during non-business hours which I appreciated because my work schedule is crazy. I'm not recommending to contact her during non business hours (she has a life too!) but I appreciated it. Mehlany & Susanne came out for the 1st deep cleaning and did an AH-MAZE-ING job!!!! They called me when they were at the house and explained that they couldn't get everything done in the allotted time but would do their best & I was blown away by "their best" waaaaaay better than anything by my old house cleaners. I hired them to do bi-weekly cleanings. Mehlany just completed the first basic cleaning service and again so impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism. Their quote was more than reasonable and one of the staff (Cynthia) was on time, cleaned our home immaculately, and provided excellent customer service. Rosalind an Malika did a wonderful job cleaning our rental apartment! They arrived on time, answered our questions, were kind, and professional. The apartment was so filthy that we were afraid that we would have to replace things like the fiberglass shower. After the cleaning, the apartment was clean and shiny! I hired Perfectly Clean to do a deep cleaning of my house. They were easy to contact and upfront about their pricing and what was included. They quoted me a reasonable price for what they thought would take about 4 and a half hours. They showed up on time with everything they needed. A couple hours in, I received a phone call that they were already done. I came home to check and I was completely pleased with their work! They did everything they said would be done and left me a checklist with things marked off as they did them. Plus, I was charged only based on the exact time they were here, so ended up paying much less than I had planned! I have now hired them to start cleaning every two weeks. If they continue to do as well as they did the first time, I will be a customer for a long time! read more

On my first clean, Heather's trainee broke my Philips Sonicare glass cup holder for my toothbrush. They said they'd give me a flat rate, $30 credit because that's what they thought it was worth after looking online. I informed them that I didn't want to commit to that yet until I did my own due diligence and ultimately purchased the cup because if it hypothetically came to $40 then I'd be out of pocket, which would be unfair as I'm not responsible. If it came in less, of course they can pay the lesser amount. When they tried to pressure me into this again, I said no and then at that point Heather called. To my surprise, her initial response wasn't an apology but to inform me that she wasn't paying more than $30, wasn't responsible if taxes and shipping was more than that amount, and even asked to see a receipt to validate its authenticity, which I complied and gave her my Bed Bath and Beyond receipt (luckily this wasn't a gift). Thankfully I did half a day's worth of research. Philips Sonicare doesn't make a glass holder replacement. In order to get that part, an entire new toothbrush set would have to be purchased. I informed Heather that she can keep the set for herself minus the cup as I wouldn't want to take advantage of her. Heather said they'd take care of the situation. I was shocked when I received a USED cup off eBay that came from someone's home (see pic). When I brought it to her business partner's attention how disgusting this was especially during a pandemic, their response was they didn't see the big deal and would clean the cup for me. I asked if it would be acceptable if I damaged her Louise Vuitton purse or her Calvin Klein bedsheets and if I replaced it with a used purse or used bedsheets from eBay. They said yes as long as it functioned and was in good condition. They said due to the cost of the toothbrush set, they were not willing to purchase it and keep it for themselves since they had no use for it. Also, they assured me that the seller they purchased the glass cup from guaranteed its authenticity. I asked for proof and a receipt as Heather did to me. She provided chat messages where this random stranger, who sold her his toothbrush cup (see pic), verified this was the cup. To Heather that was proof. Ironically, Heather refused to provide the receipt. I asked if the seller is a Philips Sonicare representative or just random guy off ebay who just wants me to take his word. They confirmed just a random seller off ebay. To add to the irony, I couldn't believe how Heather questioned me, my product's authenticity and required a receipt but was unwilling to do the same. Based on the responses above and how Heather handled the situation, it is apparent Heather and her company do not care for the customer nor their belongings especially if it inconveniences them despite it being her employee's own fault. Heather expects the customer to be inconvenienced and thinks good enough is good enough. It's not enough Heather and it's not ok. read more

Heather and her spouse came by and gave us a quote, we were supposed to start with them but unfortunately our house had a leak that caused damages and we had to delay cleaning. We communicated this to Heather and her response, "thank you" after the leak was completed, we have made every attempt to reach Heather to initiate cleaning but she never responded. We don't even know if the reason why they ignored us and treated us as though we don't deserve their loyalty to at least contact us to say they are no longer interested. Maybe they figured we are not worth being treated With respect. Very unfortunate and sad. Wishing them the best with the clients they choose to treat better than we have been treated. She did an amazing job with the kitchen, including the refrigerator, as well as the bathroom. The moping was not as great as the other work. It may have been that she did anticipate doing the refrigerato, although I had requested that in the website. So, it's as if she had run out of time. i am not certain how good the communication is between the company and the worker. Everything I asked for was not done. 3.5 hours/$200 on basic cleaning? normal people (1 person) usually do what was done on 2 hrs max. After a deep cleaning done beautifully, I signed up for biweekly cleanings. Yes, the team that came to the house did a good job on the areas they got to. I just feel that if a client is paying for a certain time, the crew should make an effort to clean the entire duration rather than discussing personal matters while standing around. I have a small house and in 70 minutes, a team of 2 managed to clean a small kitchen and one small bathroom. The areas were clean. But don't come and ask me for extra time and money when the time was more than sufficient to complete the job. First off let me say wow! Thank you so much perfectly clean for sending me Lexi, and angel in disguise. She literally transformed my bathroom from a mess to marvelous. Everyone I communicated with from Heather, to Daniel, to Lexi were very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Whenever I had a question which I had a lot LOL, Heather would respond in a very timely matter to which I appreciate. Lexi arrived on time and I showed her the damage lol. I had a pretty dirty bathroom which accumulated over a few years. The shower was the worst. I had tried everything in the past but nothing to get it out. I don't know how Lexi did it but when she was done the sink, the toilet, the floors and the shower/bath tub was sparkling. Literally when I walked in there I needed to put sunglasses on I'm not even exaggerating my eyes hurt. I literally don't remember seeing it that clean ever. Another thing that I liked was nothing stunk like harsh chemicals. I have a lot of bad allergies and I'm sensitive to a lot of things so I was a little bit worried about that however nothing smells like harsh chemicals whatsoever. Not a great experience! I asked them to use my cleaning products as I don't like the natural stuff. I want to clean with bleach! They didn't use my stuff they continued to use theirs...every thing had to be re wiped down as they left a film on all my stuff, glass shower doors, sink tops and furniture. The feather duster don't polish the furniture or clean it. It seems like they used the same microfiber cloths to clean everything from my toilet to my counter tops. Getting in touch with Perfectly Clean was SO easy, they are prompt and incredibly professional.
