I've been using Rosie's Cleaning Services for a little over 6 months, and I can honestly say she has set a new standard for what "clean" should look like. I first found her on Yelp when I was getting my home ready for an inspection. My house isn't just a home--it's also my place of business, so it really needed a proper deep clean. We started with just the bathroom and kitchen, and I was so impressed with the results that I immediately booked her again to deep clean the rest of the house. At first, I was planning to do the house in pieces (rooms one time, bathrooms another), but Rosie actually suggested it would be cheaper to do the whole house at once instead of splitting it up. I appreciated that she was honest about what made the most sense financially, not just trying to upsell. This is not the first cleaning company I've used. I had tried a larger commercial cleaning company before and thought they did a "normal" job--until Rosie came. For example, I had tough hard-water stains on my bathroom sliding doors that the previous company couldn't remove. Rosie and her team got them out. That was my "oh wow" moment. After seeing her work, I realized, oh, THIS is what a real deep clean looks like. Since then, I've signed up for monthly cleanings, and my husband and I (both working two jobs) rely on her to help keep our home in shape. I was so happy with her work that I even hired her to deep clean my mom's bathroom, which was in rough shape--and she did an amazing job there too. Price-wise, I had called around before booking her: One company was cheaper but totally booked for weeks, and I needed help ASAP for the inspection. Another company I'd used before had increased their prices a lot from the previous year. Rosie's pricing was right in the middle--not the cheapest, but absolutely fair for the quality and effort she and her team put in. And most importantly, she was available quickly when I needed it. Communication and professionalism are excellent: She confirms the day and time by text or call. On the day of service, she always texts when she's on the way. She's on time and respectful of my home. I have never used a cleaning service, this was the first time and I'm so glad I did. Rosie was easy to contact, schedule and communicate with the entire process. My service request consisted of our bathrooms only and they needed a good cleaning, one shower in particular. I hired Rosie for a move-in cleaning. We were moving in right away and needed the place to be safe and livable for 4 toddlers. She quoted me a flat rate based on house size, which I totally appreciated because I have a budget, and I need to know costs upfront. Her pricing is straightforward. She got to work right away getting rid of the gunk! She cleaned the oven, cabinets inside and out, window sills and blinds, doors, door frames, light switches, ceiling fan, etc., etc. I didn't have a refrigerator yet, but if I had I'm sure it would be clean too! So thankful and grateful to have found someone like Rosie and her cleaning crew to clean my sister's house the way I was hoping someone would. First of all, I contacted Rosie last minute on a weekend, and she was able to fit me in the same day. I know that won't always be the case, but the fact that she was willing to make it work, meant the world.
