I use it every night and love it. I have had a couple issues; however, they immediately corrected them. Recently, I noticed the metal frame that lifts the cover and holds it in place, was filling up with rainwater and dripping rust on my deck. I called Diana Barrett and she ask for photos for the factory. I figured I was out of luck. In less than Two weeks Scott and Beby showed up with a new lifting rack. They drained the tub, and replaced the assembly. They also lined the joints with tape to prevent further rain leakage. Everyone I have worked with has been exceptional. Leia and Michael in Sales and Diana, Tyler, Chrystal Scott and Beby are all GREAT!

We opened up the panel and an ozone valve was cracked. I called and spoke to Chad. He suggested we bypass it and told me how. I worried it would be over my head but he said I could always call him out if I couldn't do it. I went to Home Depot and bought 2 barbed connectors and some hose and my son was able to make the repair. CHAD saved me a service call at the least and my son fixed it easily. I'm sure East Coast would rather him come out but his phone help has secured their business for me. If I need repairs he will be who I call and if he needs to come out I won't mind because he has saved me from previous repairs. Very happy with Chad and East Coast Leisure! I should mention East Coast also has a terrific pool water department and the young people there have helped me hundreds of times.
