This place is one of those hidden little Treasure Coast gems that almost hides in plain sight. The boardwalk trails through the mangroves were peaceful, scenic, and surprisingly immersive. Every turn felt like a mini nature documentary. Within a short walk I spotted a ribbon snake cruising through the water, an orb-weaver spider that looked like it came straight out of a sci-fi movie, and plenty of birds and wildlife along the way. Bring a camera because you'll use it. Bonus points for the rare opportunity to admire a spider web without immediately walking face first into it. The grounds are well maintained, educational without feeling overly touristy, and just plain relaxing. There's a nice balance between nature preserve, learning experience, and quiet escape from the everyday rush. Also appreciated that you can spend 30 minutes here or easily lose a couple of hours wandering the trails and slowing your brain down a notch. We didn't try the kayak rental this time but made a mental note for the future. If you live in or visit Vero Beach and enjoy nature, photography, kayaking, wildlife, or just finding peaceful spots that don't involve crowds and traffic, this place is absolutely worth a stop.

The captain (Ian) is very knowledgeable and able to tell us exactly what we can and can't keep and has been doing this kind of stuff pretty much his whole life. He found us some great spots, and went above and beyond during the trip. Highlight of the trip was when he helped us snag a large bull shark! They were great about telling us what we needed to do, but letting us actually do it. We actually hooked a second one, but it ended up snapping the line on that one. They filleted what we caught as soon as we got back to the pier and we were able to get it cooked right away at the restaurant at the pier, and took home the rest of what we weren't going to eat. This was my first experience deep sea fishing. This was, by far, the best fishing trip I could have asked for and set a VERY high bar for any future fishing trips to follow in the future.

Our tour guide was very informative and it was great to hear about the area and learn things I had never heard of before. The staff was friendly and great with the small children in the group. They also had a cooler with water and Gatorade for passengers. We saw sea turtles, dolphins, red fish, and many native birds. They also had a fish tank and woukd let the children interact with them. I would recommend this to anybody from out of town or any local resident. Lots of information for any age group. They were also very helpful to a group member who got sea sick. A+ in my book! Looking forward to going on the fishing charter they have!

Amazing Aquariums is wishy washy in there word to the customers…read more Our son has been buying fish and coral from Amazing Aquariums while living in Daytona, And recently I took over his 55 gallon salt water tank. The problem is the owner of the store ensured me and my wife that since our son was a valued customer, we'd get top notch customer care as we move our sons tank up north. As we got the tank up North we contacted the owner for the live rock, we received about 3/4 of the live rock that my son had. Shipping was paid for by us, and when the tank was ready for the coral he refused to send it to us. in The owner wanted us to pay for our sons past debt, I told him no, I will not pay for my sons past business deals with them, but I will pay for anything I need. Hence why I went and found a new fish guy.

Mark is very unprofessional.He added a chemical accidentally in my aquarium which killed a total…read moreof 26 fish in my aquarium.He tried to rectify by draining the water,but did not clean the aquarium to get rid of the chemical.After he drained the water more fish died,because of not totally destroying the chemical.I let him take my aquarium which he asked about and everything as I did not feel that he knows what he is doing.He did give a refund,but it did not cover my total cost for the aquarium and gravel and stand.Professionals should not make mistakes like that which killed a total of 26 tropical fish.He admitted his error,but I do not feel he rectified his mistake adaquately.

I've found healthy fish at fair prices, which is really what matters. Staff has been helpful when I've had questions,and the store is generally clean and easy to shop. For everyday saltwater additions without paying boutique prices, this location does a good job.
