Very disappointed with our experience. After spending over two hours at the salon, my daughter's nails looked so bad that we asked the tech to just stop. This is completely out of character for her, but she knew they weren't what she knew they were awful There were multiple issues with the set:* Several nails were not applied close to the cuticle, making them look grown out immediately.* One nail was noticeably misshapen and asymmetrical.* The French tips were uneven in both thickness and shape.* The smile lines were inconsistent from nail to nail.* The nail shapes were inconsistent across the set.* The pinky was painted the wrong color.* After removing the incorrect color, it left a noticeable blue tint on the pinky, yet the technician continued instead of correcting the stained nail, as you can see in the photos.* Polish was left on the surrounding skin in several areas.* Some nails were much thicker and bulkier than others. After we left, my daughter told me one of her cuticles had been bleeding until she washed her hands. I didn't mention it while we were there because I didn't know until we got to the car. She also said several of her other cuticles were sore. Because the nails would have needed to be completely redone, we offered to simply have them removed so we could have them fixed elsewhere. Instead, we were told, "You have to pay something, and it's $50." We paid $50 for a set that had to be completely redone less than 24 hours later. I'm hoping the owner simply didn't have the chance to see the nails up close the way we did. After reviewing the photos, I hope you'll agree the quality of the work was unacceptable and refund the $50 we were charged. read more

Over-priced, poor quality and rude! The manicurist made a face-time call during my manicure!!!! I requested an acrylic fill with gel polish on the tip and a simple line, some places refer to it as an American instead of a French manicure. The $45 manicure went to $90 - extras were $10 to cut my nails (this is included in a pedicure, so why is it extra for a manicure?), $20 for a design and $15 for the line. Isn't the line part of the design? I was told no, it is extra. I've been getting this type of design for many, many years and often pay a bit extra for it. But this was more than I was charged in Princeton NJ; I've never been charged for a design and the line separately. DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

i decided to try a new nail salon and honestly it was a really disappointing experience. the girl seemed super nice at first but it went downhill fast i asked for an acrylic full set and she kept pushing gel x and saying it would be better so i just said yes, i showed her a picture and asked if she could do it and she said she would match the colors and make it look good but they look nothing like the picture. she barely shaped them and everything felt really rushed the whole thing only took like 30 minutes which is crazy for a full set and the paint job is messy when i asked for a design she didnt even ask what color i wanted and just started using black then i had to tell her to redo it and then when i asked for another one she again didnt ask and just used red i had to have her redo stuff multiple times just to get it somewhat close. theres paint and stuff under my nails and it looks really unprofessional my nails are all different lengths and sizes and my nail beds and cuticles literally hurt and feel like theyre burning. it was 90 dollars and she said she gave me 5 off but this is not 90 dollar work at all, everyone ive shown has said the same thing and im just not satisfied at all she also kept telling me to leave a 5 star review which didnt feel right. she was also on the phone with her kid during the appointment which made it feel even less professional. honestly i feel like i got taken advantage of and i would come back to ask for a refund but i really dont even feel comfortable going back im really bummed i spent 90 dollars of my hard earned money especially as a kid because thats a lot for me and i dont get my nails done often so this just kind of ruined my week i do not recommend. read more

Andy was great. Visiting from out of town and needed a mani/pedi. I didn't know who to go to so I said anybody was fine. I got Andy who did both the mani & pedi and he was great. Did an excellent job on both toes and fingernails. Nice red gel color. He also provided interesting conversation while not overly talking allowing me to relax in the nice massage chairs. The salon was packed so glad I had an appointment. Would definitely recommend this salon and Andy and will return next time I'm in town. read more

I recently got my nails done here and I am disappointed I spent money here. I had gel done on my nails. The next day they started peeling. Now I did call the salon and they had me come in to get them redone. Which was super respectable as a company. However, I got my nails redone and the same thing happened again. The nail techs are in such a rush to get through as many customers as they can like it's a race. In result, leaving clients with crappy manicures. It's common sense to leave gel under a light to cure for a bit and not rush to get another layer on. Otherwise it will peel. Seriously don't waste your time here. Additionally, *some* of the receptionists have attitudes. Now I've been getting my nails done for some time and this is the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon! i went in for a full set of acrylic nails. My first time ever going there, they put my whole finger in the dip powder my finger was stained red, my pinky nail broke the very same night so I went back in to get it fixed the next day and she shaved way too much of my nail. It snapped again yet snapping my real nail in half. Just don't waste your time or money. My nails are embarrassing. Uneven, crooked, and lumpy and these were some for a wedding. I would rather have press ons than these. I asked for coffin shape and as you can see in the pictures these are just not it! I'm sorry but this was the worst experience and I will not be coming back. The place was dirty, they didn't even have hand soap to wash your hands with at the end and full trash bags were just sitting out for customers to see. When I told them we made an apt. they acted like they knew nothing. I then walked over to the front desk. Girl found my apt. in the book right away. I've tried over and over to have patience but this place has the worst time management I have ever seen. They are expensive and they don't communicate well when it comes to doing your nails. They don't tell you what they are doing as they are doing it, they ask once and don't confirm. The American's that are there talk more about their own personal drama than anything. read more

I liked the owner that was doing my nails till she cut my cuticles twice. They turned out not bad. Then I had to wait around an hour to get my pedicure started due to understaffing. The lady that did my nails had a woman waiting behind me that would only have her, to do her nails. Then this "girl" came to do my pedi. She was more interested in paying attention to what everyone else was doing. When she shaved my feet. She cut my toes. They are raw. All the rough spots on my feet..... yea I still have quite a few. Doesn't even look like I got a pedi other then the fact my nails are cut and painted. Then I chose regular paint for my toe nails.... when I was done they made me get up, walk to the counter. By the time I got there my toes were smudged because she left the spreader between my toes.... there was no where for me to wait till they dried. I started at a 3.... I'm taking it down to a 1 Star. I won't be back.... hope that lady gets better help in there and quits hiring kids that would rather socialize then do their jobs! read more

Called and made a 9 am appt several days ago. Got there right at 9, first one in the door. She said to make sure we signed up in the order we walked in. They were still cleaning 20 min later and hadn't started with anyone yet. They then took four people who came in after me. After 40 min I inquired and they said they had several people not show up for work. Understandable, but I had an appt and was first in line. Apparently these other ladies were regulars and more important than me. She directed me to a pedicure chair and I sat there with no water for another half an hour. At 10:15 the owner finally came over to start working on me. She was apologetic and did a nice job on my feet but a wait like that after seeing multiple others given preferential treatment is not acceptable. She charged me full price and gave me a dirty look, walking off without a thank you, when she saw that I wasn't leaving a tip. Will never be back. read more
