We called them for an estimate and unlike the other two companies we called, Kurk actually came to our house, walked us through the process, explained the chemicals he would be using, and was also honest about what power-washing alone wouldn't be able to clean. He answered all of our questions and listened to our concerns. His pricing was fair and the chemicals he uses are safe and green (but still effective), which was important to us. I requested a large job: wash the exterior of the house, shingled roof, driveway, walkways, sidewalk, and decorative block wall at the rear of my lot. While I was on the phone with my initial call, Kate was able to view my house and property online and gave me specific quotes for each item. Quotes were fair and reasonable. I hired Aqua-Nomics to clean my very dirty driveway and front walk. They were very green from mold/mildew. Wow. I think this is the cleanest they've ever been! Aqua-Nomics showed up on time, used a power scrubber and actually CLEANED everything to reveal the original concrete color/finish. They didn't just spray it really hard - they took the time to actually CLEAN it. My driveway is crumbling in several areas (it is 20 years old), and they took care to use the right amount of pressure and chemicals to clean the surface. Kirk did an excellent job pressure washing house and driveway. The drive was extra stubborn but they plowed through and didn't take shortcuts even though it turned out to be extra challenging. The house (especially the shady,mildew covered back) looks new again.
