We hired Treoss to pressure wash our house and Trevor did a wonderful job! We had green build up on our stone walkway and now it is bright and clean. We paid about $160 for the whole exterior, which is fair compared to other quotes we have received. Trevor was responsive, on time, professional and great to work with. We hired Treoss to clean all the carpets in our house today. We found Treoss through Groupon. We were told we would need to move all the furniture and they would be here at noon on the scheduled day to clean the carpet. On the day of the appointment we moved all the furniture and Treoss never showed up. Three hours later I got a text! Not a phone call, but text message saying it was too cold outside. My carpets are inside a warm and dry house. Not happy at all. This guy needs to know the capabilities of his equipment, watch the weather, and notify his customers in advance if either he or his equipment doesn't feel like working that day. read more

I was expecting ladders and a small machine that would take up half my day...the tech showed up with a tank filled with water, no ladders necessary and completed my entire house in a couple hours. I can not express how disrespectful this company is to their customers. I purchased a groupon to have my house pressure washed and set up an appointment. Needless to say, Treoss requested to reschedule due to weather. I was fine with that. Then on the date that they were supposed to come out, I was told that I had to wait because they had a bigger project to fullfill. But get this, I supposed to wait indefinitely. No effort was made to fulfill this order. Basically, Treoss does not honor Groupon nor respect customers that are not top dollar clients. I'm very impressed with Treoss. I called on Thursday to schedule pressure washing for my house and decks. The customer service representative was friendly and had me scheduled and ready to go within no time, even returning my phone call very quickly. Treoss was there Friday morning and was more than willing to accommodate my husband's additional requests as he discovered more places that needed washing. Our house is now super shiny. I had no idea the paint on my porch was THAT white. Even our driveway, sidewalk, and curb sparkles now. When my 4 year old walked out onto the driveway for the first time after Treoss left, she asked, "Why is this white?" Great job and very $$ reasonable. This has been the worse experience I've had with any company. On Thursday, I purchased a Groupon for Treoss cleaning and placed a call with them immediately after groupon order placement, I asked the operator if they had anything available for Friday, he said we are busy but I can squeeze you in, I stated "No, it's okay, How about Tuesday" and he stated Tuesday is wide open, I asked if 10AM was fine and he said absolutely! Tuesday 10 AM came and went with no call, email, or text. My boyfriend and I called 3 times with no answer. Finally at 11:00 AM they picked up the phone and he stated he would be 1.5 late due to difficulties, I said that won't work, we were available at 10, he stated "ok you, guys don't have to be there, I'll clean and call you guys and you can check it out", ok this was fine. I called to follow up to see if they got to the house at 1:00 PM and he stated No we have not, I am currently being pulled over by the cops. We cancelled the services, no apologies to anything he stated "Ok". This is a WARNING to anyone, if you don't want prompt and on time service or reliable service GO WITH THESE GUYS. read more
