Their water truly tastes great and I get the feeling the owner really really cares, and knows a lot about, water. I have to drink a ton of water because of the medication I take, and before Purifi, buying water from the drugstore or filtering it myself left me always dehydrated. I had a persistent leaky bathtub faucet that had been getting worse for the last month. I placed a call on last Friday, and they sent a fellow (named Dan I believe) on Monday for 9 am. Even with a simple address mix-up and ridiculous snowfall for October 2nd, he was still at my place by 9:30, and he was out within a half an hour (he literally left about 15 minutes ago). He's also very friendly, and I didn't feel awkward with him in and about my home. The price was a bit higher than I anticipated, but it's more than manageable, and not surprising as I was walked through it. And, as someone with multiple family members in multiple trades, I know that you get what you pay for, and if you want it done right, it's going to cost a healthy amount. I highly, highly recommend these folks. From start to finish, great experience. :D

We enjoyed the experience so much that we upgraded BOTH our existing reverse osmosis and water softener (not Culligan and installed by previous owner). Installation was also smooth! The technicians yang came in were friendly, professional and absolutely knew their products. They took our old reverse osmosis tank and teed it in for extra water storage, they removed all our old system and disposed them in their office. Their install was efficient and clean, and post install instructions and walk through were top notch. Don't waste your money on other systems. Culligan is trusted by many for decades, so why shouldn't you ;)

This is a terrible company to deal with. After calling and making arrangements to have water…read moredelivered, I waited all day for them to show up. They had promised to call in the morning and give me some idea of when they would be here, as I was keeping my dog inside the house until they came. Of course, they didn't bother to call. At two in the afternoon I found the delivery guy wandering back and forth from his van to the front door of my house. I asked him (from behind the gate in my back yard) if he was delivering water. He told me he was "trying to". I told him that it had to go by the back door, as I have no access to the front of the house from my apartment. He told me he could only bring it to the front door, and wanted to know how I get in and out of the house if I can't access the front door. I told him that the basement apartment only has access to the back door, and I had already explained this when I called, and he said he didn't like my attitude, and stormed off back into his van, without making the delivery. When I called the office, I was told that the driver had been with the company for years, and they had never had a problem. No apology could be offered apparently, because they wanted to talk to the driver and find out what the story "really was". I hung up and called another water delivery company (one that has no problem with the fact that there are two separate entrances to one house). Ten minutes later, the company called me and told me that the driver was on his way back. The story he gave them was that I had "blown smoke in his face". An amazing feat of strength in my opinion, since I was never closer than ten feet away. (it didn't happen). The fellow on the phone demanded to know "did you want the water or not". I told him no, I didn't, and he hung up on me. I will advise anyone I know to avoid this company at all costs. Incidentally, the company that ended up delivering water did so the same day, and it was five dollars cheaper.

Saw a distiller and I was happily surprised by the price. Other places were selling the same or same distillers for at least $200-300 more. Time was limited so I quickly picked one up. When I got home install was easy, since the staff was quite knowledgeable and gave me a "how to" before I left. The machine I bought did have a problem. The tech support was awesome, and we tried problem solving it over the phone, for a couple hours but to no success. The next step was either I bring it back down to Calgary or they come to me, and they came to me... at no charge. It is their guarantee that you are happy with their product. This was going above and beyond in my books for service. They fixed the machine in an hour and even helped me set up and sterilize it. Working great ever since! Would recommend this place to others.
