The dispatcher at the company was super helpful and super friendly. They were able get a technician out to look at my furnace, that stopped working during the last snow fall, within 2 or 3 hours. Thats where the good times end. Technician proceed to explain that a new thermostat with install would be hundreds upon hundreds of dollars plus install, plus emergency fee plus and plus and plus. Total bill would have been $500-$700. Shame on you for taking advantage of an "emergency" situation. Total bill from local competitor, material, labour, emergency fee and gst.....$250 read more

A pipe from my hot water heater cracked and was starting to flood my furness room. It was a Saturday after hours and I started calling around with no luck. I came across Problem Solved and in less than 25 minutes Kenton was at my door. He quickly identified the problem, gave me an estimate and replaced the problem area. He was very professionally and took his time to explain everything. He even answered all my kids' questions.
