I was very happy with the installation of my system. Our water was so hard we used to buy three cheap coffee makers at a time and just throw them away when they got stopped up. Our water softener busted a few weeks ago. We called Aqua Sphere and was immediately on their schedule. Zack came out to assess what happened and informed us we needed a new part. To his word, within three weeks the part came in and we were again in the schedule. He arrived 3 minutes before our scheduled time and took care of our water softener. My water softener wasn't working anymore and called around to different water softener company's only for them to show up and tell me I needed a new system costing thousands of dollars I called Aqua Sphere and they showed up on time and rebuild my water softener tank and never once did they try that pressure sales a service man named Zachary showed up and knew exactly what the problem was and had it going in about an hour instead of paying 3000dollars for a new unit he repaired mine for a total of 445.00 dollars best money I ever spent a big shout-out to the owners of this company for having great employees I would recommend this company to everyone in the Texas HHS's country read more

I have incredibly hard well water, and my wife asked me to find someone to put in a water softener for the house and water filtration for our drinking water. I feel like I hit a home run finding these guys. Alan came out and put in the water softener and a clean and clear water filer under the kitchen sink. Holy crap, the difference is night and day. No more stopped up shower heads, and my wife is tickled about not having the stained clothing in the washing machine and better drinking water than you can buy anywhere.
