It turns out there was only one gentleman available at the facility, he was very nice and even offered to help with the exterior of the car, but I want to reiterate they don't have anyone during the week to do anything exterior on the car. So even though the sigh said all the right things to make you think that you were not only going to get the wash and wipe down on the outside of the car, but that you were going to get vacuuming and inside cleaning and the dash done on the inside. This did not happen. they just do the outside wash and you take off, soap and all. No windows, no dash, no vacuuming. This was the ultimate rip off and I will not go back. I will say thank you again to the one gentleman who is working there. Please don't waste your money there anymore.

When we picked it up, the truck looked almost brand new inside. Every surface was spotless, the seats and floors were cleaned thoroughly, and even the hard-to-reach spots were taken care of. The staff was professional, friendly, and had the truck ready right when they said it would be. I really appreciate the effort and detail they put into their work. My car frequently exits the wash full of soap. They advertise armor all for tires, but what they don't tell you is that it doesn't get sprayed on in the car wash. You need to apply it yourself. I was just there today and at least one of the vacuums has been missing for well over a month and again they have an entire section closed off for no apparent reason. The attendants seem apathetic and disinterested in helping the customers. There is one bright exception, a young fellow with a crew cut who works his tail off. I don't feel that the membership is a good value only because the quality of the car wash is so poor. It's definitely an example of you get what you pay for. It's a shame because when this car wash first opened it was very well managed and very well maintained. We were glad to have it. Seems like over time the Take Five people have abandoned this car wash, which is surprising given the fact that it is situated along a well traveled highway close to several highly coveted resorts in the area.

Pros:  - He comes to you, so the worry of having to drop your vehicle off, find a ride or waste time waiting around is eliminated - His prices are very competitive. - He explained his requirements for the service, recommendations, provided knowledgeable insight on the service and vehicle, and provided a quality finished product. - For a Full Detail Service it took him and his son approximately 2 hours and 32 minutes to complete. Cons: Due to his busy schedule I had to wait 6 days for the service.  He gave me a rough estimate as far as the time he would be able to arrive to do the service. It was longer than I had hoped, however he made multiple calls to keep me updated of the delays. *Note: in the reviews there were complaints of unprofessionalism, response competency and appearance.  As far as the complaints are concern, the man may not be an English major, or wear a tuxedo to the job, however he is an auto detail specialist and I highly recommend him based on work ethic, pricing, and most important finished product.

He is personable, professional, and very thorough. He is a master of his craft. Along with his crewmembers Ryan and James, they were quick, but efficient.
