Don't go here. Like other reviews left, this car wash damaged my vehicle. I made many phone calls and went back to the car wash in person. Voice mail is full. Nobody returns my calls or made any attempt to follow up. I'm sitting in the parking lot right now, writing this review. This is an unprofessional business, their staff is ineffectual. This business needs a major operating review. There is no option to pay for just vacuum use, which is ridiculous. I actually didn't need the car wash that I was forced to pay for. I just needed the vacuum. And now I'm left with a damaged vehicle. This business really needs to do something about the number of damages sustained to customer property. Devon is not helpful, or very good at his job. Sorry, but this whole place makes no sense. read more

Buyer beware - this car wash majorly scratched my wife's car. Like an insane amount. The car had been previously garage kept and with low mileage (30k) when we bought it had little to no scratching. After a single visit her entire hood has circular scratches. Also damaged part of the body. Terrible. read more

Went to the car wash mostly because my car needed to be vacuumed. I went thru the tunnel and when I got out, half of the vacuums were broken and the other half were full. I went around and waited for one to open and a car that just went thru the tunnel beat me to it. No worries-I'll try again. Happened again but this time a young worker told me I couldn't wait and had no resolution. She then held a spot for a young guy to park so they could sit and talk. CAUTION! CHRISTIAN FRONT!! DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL! Took my 2008 Chevy Avalanche through the car wash. The machine smashed and ripped the mirror off. (Pictures included) They pulled the mirror out of the car wash machine, apologized and assured me that it would be fixed. I left my name and number and awaited a call back. After procrastinating for a few days, the manager who told me it would be fixed, had an employee call to tell me that they will not fix it. Their reasoning being that the vehicle is over 5 years old. If this is your policy, then why would you assure me that it would be fixed before finding out if I met the "criteria"? They proceeded to say that it could have happened anywhere (After they literally pulled it out of their machine...) Lied to my face and wasted my time, and this is not the first bad experience I have had here. Would give no stars if I could paid $25 for the highest wash and wax only to leave with a damaged car. just got my car 2 weeks ago only wanted a wash to get the bugs off and to do a quick vacuum in the front floor boards as it needed nothing else the car because The car is still new. Came to all the bugs still there, oil on my rims, driver side mirror was slammed closed and a piece of my bumper broken. The girl working came up as I'm attempting to get the bugs off with a cleaning rag and let's me know the car wash is having and issues and they are trying to test it and asked if I would like to go back through for free. I informed her now that I was good as my car was now damaged so I would not be going back through. She asked to hold on one second and sent a guy back with a notepad who proceeded to tell me that it was probably already like that and there was nothing they could do. when I informed him it was not already like that and that I had only had the car 2 weeks he said well you should take it back where you got it from and tell them that piece broke....... Yeah cause car lots have a return policy.... that $25 car will now cost me $100's if not thousands to replace the broken piece on my bumper I'm lucky the mirror did not bust they probably would have told me that it's was already like that too. I use to use them regularly for my older cars and never had an issue so I expected the same for my new car and I was wrong and wish I had never made the choice to take my brand new car through there. read more

This is definitely an above average automatic car wash. It's basically the same type of tunnel wash found at the full service car wash joints, just without the "full" service. That's not to say you roll the dice here and are helped only by the ever-prominent "call this number if our stuff is broken" sign found at most self-service establishments- this place is always staffed. They help you line up into the tunnel, etc. and are there to address any issues that may arise. As far as appointments go, I'd say this place is far ahead of any other place in the area that I've been to. The tunnel does a good job getting the car clean, and their vacs have pretty decent power. On top of that, they have a floor mat cleaner, tire inflation and washer fluid station, and a pre-wash area with brushes, etc. to knock bugs (or whatever else you may have squashed) off before heading into the wash. All of this is included in the price of your wash. It's not the cheapest place in town by any means; washes start at $6 (as I write this, anyway), but they make the prices worth it by keeping this place clean and functioning well. Personally I'd rather pay a buck or two more and know that I'm not going to have the vacuum hose fall apart in my hands, or have my car come out of the tunnel looking like it was just scrubbed with sandpaper. If that's not worth a extra buck, I don't know what is. If you're an early bird, however, they do have everything half-price from 7am-8am. read more

The employees at Waterworks, were able to jump my car and got it running so I was able to drive to Toyota dealer and not have to call for a tow truck. The main reason I was going was b/c my cat had had an accident in the back seat, making it smell like cat-urine, so I wanted to shampoo it. When I got there, they had maybe 4 levels of service. I didn't understand which was which; and the computer didn't explain the difference. Eventually, a worker came over; I told him I really wanted to shampoo my seat; he said select the $10 option, so I did. After I went through the tunnel, I found the place to pull up and vacuum, but no place to shampoo my seat. It turns out they don't have a shampooing-implement, which was my main reason for going there. When I was ready to leave, my car didn't want to start; as far as I could tell, the battery-terminal had gotten wet from the tunnel. I had to disconnect the terminal a couple of times to get the car to start. Even after the next errand I ran, I still had trouble getting my car to start. Workers were hard to find: somebody else honked their horn to get a worker to come out, who I then talked to. My car was less dirty afterwards, but still dirty! POSITIVES: The workers were polite; and the tunnel did do a good job with my filthy tires (but that wasn't why I went there). DON'T GO! read more

I normally use this car wash. Yesterday when I went through The car wash and one of their motors was broken down. It sprayed oil over and over the front of my car, and also now have a huge scratch down the side of my car. Thanks for not telling anyone about broken motor. Talked with manager and he's saying they cannot do anything. I have a brand new 19 Jeep grande Cherokee trail hawk that I keep in perfect condition. The manger said the district manager is suppose to call me but haven't heard anything yet. read more

Saturday, March 26, 2022, I tried to visit Waterworx Car Wash in Lynn Haven at 7:30 a.m. which is their opening time on Saturdays. At 7:55 a.m. the lone worker rolls in on his motorcycle. He didn't open the car wash until 8:10 a.m. I inquired about the opening time and he said it is supposed to be 7:30 but "he was running a little late this morning". He had a line of cars waiting. Worse service ever. I paid $38.00 for a complete wash. My car was poorly vacuumed, windows not cleaned and the car wash it's self was horrible. I spoke with the manager who seemed to not care at all. Though by law you are suppose to post no refunds signs or print this on your receipt, neither is noted and I was refused a refund. STAY CLEAR OF THIS CARWASH. Car wash is great; and they have replaced the older vacuums on one side of the lot with new ones that get down between the seats and sides. The issue: sometimes they inexplicably put blue cones in front of some of the spaces so you can't use them. Today the entire side with the good vacuums was blocked with those blue cones! Then, after I started using the older ones, I noticed they removed three cones for three cars. I called the phone number on their website and the young man who answered just said they block them when they're not busy, but he's come out and remove one cone, which he did. But why have new vacuums if they're going to block them?! read more

Users of this car wash beware!! This car wash yanked a body part off of my car. Manager was not on premises when it happened or that entire day. I was asked by a young lady that worked there to leave my name and number (just like others that have left a review here) and the manager would call me back the next day. I waited all day the next day until I finally called myself around 5 pm. The manager answered but to no avail. He refused to provide any insurance information, denied that the car wash did any damage, even though he wasn't even there and the girl attendant went into the car wash to recover the piece that was ripped off my car and gave it back to me. The manager instead chose to blame the manufacturer for some probable mysterious defect that would cause it to come loose in the car wash. I have taken my car through this car wash before but they won't have to worry about getting any of my business ever again. They like to post pretty little Christian sayings on their sign but user beware! They don't act like that when their machines are ripping your car apart. read more

I paid 14$ for a manager special car wash. Normal when I pay over ten dollars the use large brushes and prescribed my grill but not at this car wash. All of my windows were spotty and my front end including good has bugs everywhere it barely got anything off. I had to scrub my car afterwards. There are no rags and spray to fix what they miss either. I won't be back, I'll just stick with oasis! read more

Worst car wash ever! Paid $18 to wash my truck, didn't rinse the soap off my hood, back window, or tailgate. Also I had a $200 fishing pole in the bed of my truck, it apparently blew out at the car wash, I got home 15mins later realized my fishing pole was gone, I called them within 20mins of leaving there, the guy said they found a pole, but one of his employees was going to throw it away but someone else wanted it, so they just gave my pole away, didn't even give me a chance to come back an get it... read more

Took the car for an express wash my car was a lil dusty not too bad we just went grocery shopping and went thru the wash thinkin it'll only take a min car will be clean... no the machine left a waxy gritty film on almost all of the exterior the kids working were not managers so had to wait an hour for Gavin the GM to come and tell me that his machine couldn't have done that and he could give me a refund while he accused me of my car already being like that when we came. He also said that the owner of the store put all the money into the other car wash in town an so they could give me another wash the next day as by this time they were closed but he couldnt say that it wouldn't happen again. I told him I didn't want my car goin back in that wash they needed to make arrangements to have someone fix this and he continued to bad mouth the owner of the company saying he couldn't do anything and he still didn't believe his machine did that.... we won't be back and I will spread word of mouth this experience so people know that they are ta king a risk of messing up thousand dollars worth of paint by pulling through this car wash read more

I've used this car wash for 8yrs (the whole time we've lived here) & never had an issue until today. I paid $18 for the full works. When I pulled up I asked the gal if there were towels at the vacuums. She said yes. I'm unsure when they stopped handing you a few paper-type towels at the start. Anyway, things seemed not right with the wash a few times while I was in the tunnel....loud noises several times that I'd never heard before. When I got to the vacuum area, I saw no little carts with towels as I'd used previously. I went to ask. A boy told me I had to pay $1 for a towel, but would get it back when I returned it. I was not thrilled b/c this whole thing took long enough that my car was dry when I got back to it. He said he wanted me to have a great experience. I said that so far, not great. My car was dry, & then I noticed the windshield wasn't even clean! I mentioned this, & he said nothing. I went back to return my towel & get my $1 back, & then he says that I'm mistaken, I keep the towel & get a clean one whenever I want. What?? He had *just* told me I got the $$ back. Eventually I took a clean towel & left. I will be looking for another car wash. The 2 kids working there were clueless, & not helpful, not to mention didn't know how to offer another wash for me, or try to fix the situation. I'm disappointed to say the least. read more

If your vehicle get damaged at this car wash the stuff will say that you had prior damage to your vehicle in order not to repair it. I have used Ronnie's Car wash for seven years with no problem at all. While on vacation I used this car wash and it damaged my right outside mirror. The bush on the right side in the middle of the wash stopped working. Both workers said that the driver behind me put their vehicle in reverse and caused the system to malfunction. After talking to the manager on August 26, 2014, he stated that they are not responsible for damages. I would not use any car wash with such a policy, unless you are willing to pay for any damages caused by such business. read more
