I don't want the traditional beat-on-your-car wash that risks tearing off antennas. 2: They have an underbody spray to get off all that pesky road salt. You get what you'd expect here from any automatic wash. It does a fair job but you just can't beat a hand wash when it comes to the details. There were a few spots that weren't washed clean, the wheels still had brake dust stuck in them, and the air jets really only blow the water around while the mechanism continues to drip on the car. You'd be best to take some towels with you to finish the job. There's some touch up work to do after this wash, but it was only 10 bucks. I say 4 stars.

We've only used the automated half, but it did a good job getting off a few months of snow & salt residue. The best part is the cost. The "ultimate" wash is only $10. I would appreciate your assistance in escalating this matter to a manager who can provide the necessary support and resolution. The incident occurred on McKnight Road in Pittsburgh, PA, where our vehicle sustained significant damage. Despite our efforts to present video evidence and witness accounts, the management at the location has been uncooperative and ineffective in addressing the issue. Our truck was pinned against the light wall while on the conveyor track, resulting in damage to the tire and causing the mirror to snap. I trust that with your intervention, we can reach a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

They broke the mirror in our car and then claimed they didn't do it. My mirror was not broken before I took it in. I noticed it the day after we picked it up when I went to use my visor. I sent them an email with a picture two weeks ago asking them if they can fix it. Crickets. I send a follow up. Crickets. My husband calls today and they were like "oh yeah I just saw your email". (Like ok, you clearly have been ignoring it). "We didn't break it you must've broken it". They take the seats out of your car SO it is very possible that they hit our visor with a seat or even something they use to clean the vehicle with. All I asked was for them to fix it. I even told them that I understand accidents happen, but we would really like this fixed. If they cared about their customers or their business, they would own up to their mistake and fix it. Avoiding the issue and claiming you didn't do it is very cowardly. Do NOT leave your vehicle with this place if you want it back how you gave it. Another issue with this place is that they are extremely disorganized. They called my husband the day before our interior job and told him to bring the car in at 11AM. They originally told me 9AM. When he drops off the vehicle they tell him that they might not finish the car. We needed our car back, which we told them. They said, "well interiors usually come in at 9AM". My husband kindly reminded them that they called him and told him to bring it in at 11AM. They were embarrassed and apologized multiple times. My husband and I are very laid back people. We are extremely understanding that things sometimes don't happen as planned. But when you don't own up to your mistakes, that rubs us the wrong way. This is our car. We are going to sell this someday. Now I need to figure out where to get my visor fixed after I gave this place way too much of my money and trusted them with my car.
