These folks did a fine job. We appreciate that they kept on budget and schedule, too rare these days. The quality of work was the best we ever see. We have a great carpenter but not a team, he is not a bathroom specialist either. The new shower, bench, bars and shelves look great. Love the modern glass door with easy open feature and the dark shower floor. We'll be moving to a one story place in a couple of years and I know for a fact this shower will make my place sell faster. We called about adding a walk in closet, remodel master bath and guest bathroom. They sent out an estimator that was not comfortable doing estimate and rescheduled to have the owner come out. After waiting over a week, I was texted that the job was to big and they would need to pass. When I called to schedule I confirmed that they did full remodels and not just retrofit tub/shower pkg. These guys were great for my mothers place. We met them at the home show and were impressed by the quality of the tub. After meeting with Derek for a consultation, they were very reasonable compared with other estimates we got. They got this tub installed in 1 day! This is the second time I've used Aqua Therapy. My first job was having Dereck build a walk-in shower for my elderly mother in November, 2015. Dereck and his team were wonderful, shower works perfectly, and the shower is well built. This 2nd job is installing the walk-in Ella hydrotherapy tub for myself. If you look at the Ella website you can see the manufacturer is here in the USA and they stand behind their product (as does Dereck). After being scammed by another walk-in hydrotherapy tub company, I went directly to Dereck as he is professional, trustworthy and honest, and he makes sure everything is safe especially the electrical that was dangerously compromised by the prior walk-in tub company I originally used. Aqua Therapy Tubs is the only company (and Dereck the contractor) that I trust and have complete confidence in. I'm always 100% satisfied with the results. The new tile job is beautiful and really accents this beautiful walk-in tub. The Ella tub is the Cadillac of other walk-in therapeutic tubs being sold out there and at a reasonable price. read more
