I would recommend this place to anyone! They taught my 3.5 tear old how to swim in about 2 months! We started 1x/week, then went up to 2x/week. She's doing wonderful here. If you miss a class do not fear your money will be wasted, they give a lot of grace regarding make-ups, which as busy parents we really appreciate. The instructors are so sweet, especially in the beginning when my daughter was having a hard time going under, they always came over and comforted me, specifically Coach Piper was always right there to reassure me. My 3 children have been attending Aqua-Tots for 8 months now, and after having attended multiple swim schools, I wanted to share our wonderful experience with Aqua-Tots, and the many reasons we love it. We tried two other swim schools because Aqua-Tots is a bit of a hike, but we have found it to be well worth the drive. They are one of the few companies that allow same day cancelations and give you a make-up class to use at another time. The app is very easy to navigate, and I can simply reschedule a class at any time. I can easily view my child's progress, and what they are working on. The app also allows you to see which instructor your child will be swimming with. Many of times, the classes are not fully booked, and my children get to experience a private lesson. When this happens, they still allow the full class time. At other swim schools, if the class is not full, they lessen the class time. The facility is always clean, and they have tons of changing rooms, and just a nice set up overall. There is plenty if seating and room for a family member to join and watch. The owners have been a pleasure to work with and are always involved, which we appreciate. read more

My daughter will be 2 at the end of April and has grown so much in her comfort and abilities in the water. We want to give a HUGE shout out to COACH VANESSA! She is the best! The BEST place to take your kiddos! We had taken our baby to another facility for a few months last year, but it just didn't feel worth it after a while. When AquaTots opened at the end of last year, we decided to attend a free lesson and immediately felt the difference! The pool is always heated to 90 degrees, and classes are limited to 4 students per instructor. Our baby is currently 17 months old, so the class he attends has the parent join in the water as well! The instructors are incredibly engaging and enthusiastic, they're all CPR certified, and they are clearly very knowledgable about everything water-safety related. Everything we do is thoroughly explained ahead of time--what to do with the baby and why we do it certain ways. At this age, the priority is setting boundaries with the pool, and getting comfortable underwater, finding the wall, floating, and climbing out of the pool. In just 2 months, our baby is now comfortable going underwater without crying or coughing, and climbs out of the pool completely on his own. Water safety is SUCH a concern for us here, as we're always around water, and I am SO grateful that we've been able to have these great lessons to help ease our minds about our baby's safety.
