TJ was the technician was on time and worked professionally we had a few hiccups but he knew what to do. Two guys came out, never pinpointed the leak, checked out the well and told me the equipment they needed to remove the old well pump was all busted and they didn't know when it would be fixed. They told me their boss would call me the next week. then they jumped in the truck and were quickly hauling out of there. Never heard from their boss. I guess finding the leak and installing a new well pump was a bridge too far for them.

Frustrated, I contacted a pump company who immediately directed me to Chris and Superior Well Service. I called and explained the whole situation , he said he would be passing my house on the way to another service call and he would take a look. He was knowledgeable about my settling system for the well, brought his tools in and replaced the control panel and made all necessary inspections in a short 20 minutes!! They've come out to pump twice as well which is fast and convenient, and did a jettison/flushout to help our septic field limp along another year or so. However, our most recent service by them was full septic tank replacement because we had a major failure due to age and location. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost, as every homeowner with a septic system fears the replacement someday. Within 2 weeks they had the plans and permits, and installed the new system in 1 day. Even though it's painful to do a major home repair. Rechel added thousands of dollars of equity to our property and did it in a timely manner and with good service. Highly recommended if you need something done beyond routine pumping too.
