I called Herr for information about well chlorination. Initially I was hoping to hire them to chlorinate my well. The woman who answered the phone went out of her way to help me find someone to meet my needs as they couldnt do what I was requesting. She not only gave me the names of two other companies that can help me, but she also reassured me that what was going on with my well wasnt an emergency. They also drilled my well in Dousman years ago when we built out there. I highly recommend them. read more

We have called on Herr Well Drilling a few times over the years to perform directional boring for some of our customers. Unfortunately, as good as their work is they have been extremely poor at getting back to us. Their lack of response is such that it caused us to lose a job a couple of years ago. I have talked with the President of the company on several occasions and clearly see what a poorly run, arrogant company Herr Well Drilling is. Beware! read more
