Extremely Poor Service and Dangerous Practices - Beware…read more I feel compelled to share my experience with Blue Solutions Pools to help prevent other homeowners from going through what I did. Last fall, when black stains from oxidized copper began spreading across my pool, Josh was unsure what the stains were and treated the pool with trichlor. The problem? He failed to disconnect the plumbing to the gas heater and never flushed the lines afterward. This oversight caused severe damage. The acidic treatment stripped the copper from the heater coils, and that copper was then deposited into my pool. The blue powder I noticed collecting under the spa return -- which Josh couldn't identify at the time -- was copper residue. From there, the situation worsened. The stains, which turned from black oxidized copper to turquoise copper staining, spread throughout the pool surface. Over time, the entire pool began turning turquoise due to ongoing chemical mismanagement and the corrosive combination of trichlor and a copper gas heater. In February, I brought in Indigo Pools to fix the mess. It took them three months and two full pool drains to finally remove the copper staining. The bill for their work was significant -- not to mention another $500+ in increased water and electricity costs. I'm writing this review not just because of the cost and stress this caused me, but because I don't want another homeowner to go through the same thing. Pool companies should know better. They should protect their customers' equipment and property -- not ruin it through carelessness. I cannot in good conscience recommend Blue Solutions Pools.

To all customers that Steven…read moreand Robin Lagasse defrauded and promised one thing but installed another because in tiny letter they had written that instead of Travertine they could send brick, but charge for travertine. Please, my email address is verycken@aol.com. I have an attorney, we are filing criminal charges. I have filed charges with Florida Department of Licensing. Robin was charged with fraud in March 2021 in Sarasota. Steven also has a record. Please get in touch with me so that we can go after them and stop them like Olympus Pools was stopped. Again, get in touch with me. Why be anonymous? They crossed out the payments so that they do not have to do the bonding until the very end. The rusted rebar is coming through the concrete. The plumbing has one pipe 20 inches from the second twisted pipe which is 25 inches from the third one and 10 inches from the fourth one. It is not holding pressure. The six to 8 weeks has become almost one year and he wants me to give him the last payment and trust him that he will bring the equipment and bond the pool. He also cut my brand new solar system above the valves, which he took with him. Run, do not walk, run away from this company.

They put the wrong color in my pool and will not even come look at finished pool to see it. By sides the actual pool not matching the sample I picked out I have proof from the men who put the surface in told me it's not the color I paid for. Steve Lagassa and Steve Zonakis don't even want to speak to us about it. They only send me emails requesting payment. The whole process dealing with them was terrible. They do not stand by their work and very nasty people!!
