The following year I went back for my physical and again had a copay which I paid that day. I went for testing bloodwork etc... then About a month ago I received a bill. I was confused on what I owed so I called the number on the bill multiple times and never received a call back I also called the office and they took messages for billing. Finally I received a call stating that I was paying for something from almost a year ago! I don't remember any outstanding bills being mentioned when I visited before?!? I have decided to move myself to a place that doesn't have an extra fee to establish and then has a mixed up billing system run by people who won't communicate. I have excellent insurance and have always paid my bills on time. The practice seems ok, nothing special but the billing system is very concerning as well as the extra fee.
