Very Poor communication with her Secretary, seen her 1X for initial visit- although paid her over $500- Never recieved ANY care or treatment plan.."Sorry you must of fallen through the cracks..I just got another compaint too". After having seen her twice, I liked her, but she is rather rude at times, however, interacting with her, over this last month, showed me, she is not only rude, but a bully. I say that because ,her level of compassion is null, her office staff is rude and demeaning, her prices are outregeous, and at a time when everyone is struggling,understanding flexibility and compassion are paramount, the office staff was mean, hurtful, rude, and as I stated demeaning. The level of compassion and understanding non existant. The only good I can say ,is because of this I found a Dr. Who was kind, helpful, compassionate, and understanding. I was able to get a lifesaving prescription ,with in 24 hours of seeing this new Dr. That I was denied access to by these people in this office. I have only been to breakthrough med. once. BUT I had a medical emergency, and was in a great deal of pain. I was having PTSD issues as a result of of a severely dislocated bone in my chest. The pain was near unbearable. After making a call to the office, I received a return call, as well as some amazing natural medicine. With in 24 hours the PTSD was completely under control and the pain nearly gone. Not many Dr.s would have called back as quickly, nor had made the effort to keep the treatment as naturals as possible.
