This guy started out with a bang, seems very knowledgeable about pool systems and chemicals. His first recommendation was to drain the pool, I was given the estimate and he sent at least four texts to make sure I left the 50% of the estimate for him near the equipment, he got the pool draining on time and then called me and asked me to how the pool was doing and if I would turn off his pump, I informed him that I travel for a living and he'd have to take care of it, I wasn't home. This is when he started to show his true colors, he then said that I'd need to pay him more money if he had to make a trip from North Las Vegas to turn it off, even though nothing like that was on his estimate, I said forget getting extra money and he whined about it for five minutes. Next, I asked him what day he would be servicing my pool since I have a lock, he says Friday, so at 4.30 pm on Friday I ask him when he'll be around, he says, oh I'm sorry I forgot to put you on the list, hope it's not a problem, yes it was, I had some realtors coming on Saturday, he said it was too far. Then I told him that I received his statement for the next month in advance but that I don't pay with Zelle and I don't pay in advance, he said that most of his customers don't mind because of his excellent service , you mean like not showing up Friday to clean the pool? Anyway, I didn't mind initially paying the 25% higher rates if he knew what he was doing, but he is a fraud, didn't show up, expected me to help him do a job I'm paying him for, cannot recommend this guy, he is lazy and disorganized. read more

I hired Aquaman pool care 3 months ago to start my pool service. It turns out I've had way too much Chlorine in my pool along with having to drain my water every year. My spa feels and smells much fresher already. Also, we did an acid wash which helped clear up a lot of the calcium off the tile. I strongly recommend them. When Aquaman first started servicing my pool, it was kind of messed up. He set the pool straight and it had been blue water for almost two years now. He always checks the chemicals. And when the old equipment started to give out, he got everything up and running again with fair costs and minimal down time. The pool did not turn green or get filthy. I hear a lot about pool cleaners being unreliable or untrustworthy, but Aquaman has never let me down. My pool is in great condition thanks to their service. read more

Good communication and fair price However he used half strength acid mixture when acid washing my pool and it did not take the layer of calcium off. You can see where his acid collected at the bottom and left a blue streak. He also offered to replace a check valve but then did not have a screwdriver to do it, he did give me a discount on the labor and left me the part for me to do. read more

I had Eric do a repair on the motor for my pool pump. Great communication! He let me know what was going on every step of the way. The repair ended up costing less than half what the estimate was and he was honest and refunded me the difference. Very satisfied customer! read more

Eric , Sold himself very different to get the job in March . He actually for a discount or something ask you to rate him a 5 on Yelp . He said around 11 he would service our pool on Thursdays . Plus text me to confirm time the night before . He never once did that . All sudden he had to many customers to make anytime commitment during the day . Within our first service. He also had us buy tablets and something for hot water pools . To the tune of 150.00. Then Jean S earlier in March rated him a 5 cause Eric asked her to. The tablets should Ob been part of the service . No pool cleaner should leave chemicals at your house. Eric stores stuff around our house .found bottles in bushes in backyard . Eric also stopped communicating with me and I am the one who pays him, Also had pool switch cover moved from in our house to outside per his request. He just gave us no service this Past Thurs, Told my partner Jean what to do? Yep that's why I pay a pool man ? Right. I believe he's a start up and failing miserably . To many up front commitments he never once keep . To busy was his excuse. Well no surprise I Fired him yesterday. After I spent money on supplies and electrical just for him ?
