She pays attention to detail, listened to what I wanted, kept me informed as to how the color was lifting during our sessions and she is very kind and personable. We ended up doing ink removal twice. It lifted a lot of old color and then we did a powdered brow. I wanted a natural look as much as possible with my previously botched tattoos. it looks amazing! I also couldn't find many (any?) that did couples massages. I was pretty late booking, so we ended up not doing a couples massage here, but they did have online booking, which makes it so easy. I was less than a week out so there weren't two massages that I could schedule at the same time, but they did have massages that were thirty minutes apart. That worked for me. It was really easy to use their website. They have a table with seating in their front area and couches in a further back seating area. When I finished my massage and waited for my husband I sat in the back seating area, which was really comfortable. I think most people wait in the front though. They have a cute boutique in the front that you can browse while you wait. My massage was amazing. She went the full amount of time and it was everything I wanted. My husband also said his massage was fantastic and that the masseuse called out places where he was tense and where pain was probably coming from. Overall, we both had very relaxing experiences. They serve tea and strawberry water, which was nice. Parking was also super simple, they had a ton around the building. If I'm in the area, I will absolutely come back.

She began to collect styling items but seemed confused and frazzled. The very first thing that she did was wet my hair down and put an obscene amount of moose on top of my head. I asked if it was going to be too slicked back and she said no. I figured she was the professional so I shut up. She pulled my hair into a low ponytail, braided one section and put my hair in a bun. My hair was slicked off of my face and so crunchy that you could see the comb marks. I looked like Trunchbull from Matilda. I wasn't wanting a complicated updo. If she is uncomfortable with updos, that is fine but she shouldn't take appointments for them. In the end, I looked hideous and paid $80+ for something I could have done at home in five minutes.
