What I love about this YMCA location is that there is ample equipment and I am able to get a productive workout complete. So far all machines that I have used are in great working condition. Other members too are able to get their workout done with ease unlike other locations where people are on their phone, taking up the machines and not actually using them efficiently. I have gone early morning around 7 AM and I have also gone in the evenings around 7/8 PM. I have not taken any classes yet, but will soon explore some. My only one complaint is that I have unable to use the sauna due to it being out of order. Hopefully, they're able to repair it soon. I have also heard and read in other reviews that it is frequently being repaired. Hopefully that gets resolved soon.

We attended this Easter egg hunt and overall it was a fun concept with a great turnout, but there…read morewere a few things that could really improve the experience, especially for younger kids. First, I do want to say the staff were absolutely lovely. We arrived before everything was already set up, and they let my two young children help with scattering some of the eggs beforehand, which was a really kind and memorable touch. They were also great about sharing information on other programs, including a YMCA date night service where parents can drop off their kids while they enjoy dinner and a movie, which honestly sounds like something we might try in the future. The setup itself was a classic "scatter and go" format, with plastic eggs spread across a field and kids released at the same time. While exciting, it always makes things pretty chaotic, and our two-year-old ended up with candy like hard Jolly Ranchers and gum, which aren't really appropriate for toddlers and felt like a bit of a miss given the age range advertised for the section we were told to participate in. For future events, it would be great if the eggs in the under-3 section were filled only with toddler-appropriate items to help avoid potential choking hazards and make the experience more enjoyable, and less stressful, for parents of little ones. The bigger issue, though, was the "golden egg" system. The idea is great, special eggs with prizes inside, but in practice it created some awkward dynamics. We saw families staking out golden eggs ahead of time, including one instance where a parent encouraged their child to literally sit with their hand on an egg before the event started. I'm not here to judge anyone, but it did take away from the fairness and fun of the hunt. A simple fix would be to go more "Willy Wonka" style next time, hide the golden prize as a surprise inside regular eggs rather than making them visible targets. That would keep the excitement while making things feel a lot more equitable for all kids. Overall, a fun event with great staff and good energy, but a few thoughtful tweaks could make it much more enjoyable and inclusive for everyone.

Most of the "teachers" do not speak English well enough to communicate with you. The front desk is very unorganized and never has a record of what days you have paid for or when your child is going here. They ask for updated emergency contact forms all time yet when they actually need to call you for something they can't find those forms. Experience here was horrible at best. Save yourself headaches and heartaches and go somewhere else

Not flexible with hours as they close at 7PM but most of the Disney parks close after the center…read morecloses so there it is not convent for cast members who depended on having children watched while we work at the parks. Also with everything going on with covid if you have to be out of work for 2 weeks to quarantine and you don't bring your child to the center they do not work with you to remove or pause enrollment so you still have to pay if you are unable to work due to covid or even reduced hours. Before Disney's covid shutdown the learning center actually stayed open till 10 or 11 PM but now as I mentioned they close at 7PM but they have not gone down on rates due to the change even though hours of care are now lower. Also if you have questions about care or wanting to try to change days or hours all you can do is email and hope and wait that they respond to your question in a timely manner because if you call them the rep at the front desk will just say they cant help and just email enrollment over and over. I am desperately looking for another childcare service near my home or near Disney. Would avoid if all possible!!!!

She hasn't…read moregone to daycare (except for a few weeks as a newborn) and they've helped with the difficult transition. My daughter has some separation anxiety at drop off but they're always so kind and calming when I come in (and they make an embarrassed mom feel less embarrassed). She calms down quickly after I leave and seems to love her teachers and the amenities (especially the outdoor play areas). I love that I can check on her on the cameras throughout the day and the staff are great at communicating issues to me. Her teacher leaves great notes in the daily report if something has happened (like she miraculously tried broccoli). I also had an issue with drop-off times varying and didn't realize they needed to stay consistent, but I confirmed her times and had a great interaction with the staff over it. Having worked in a daycare years ago, I know staffing issues can be a struggle. Overall, their policies and procedures seem standard with our previous daycare and all the others we toured. They actually seem more flexible than others. We are happy with our daycare service and the staff.

My 3‑year‑old was expelled from this daycare immediately for saying inappropriate language. There…read morewas no prior warning, no meeting--nothing. This was a direct violation of their own signed Positive Guidance Approach policy, which states that before expulsion, teachers and management "will work together with families" to resolve behavioral issues. In the email, they claimed that "While we understand that children at this age can use inappropriate or exaggerated language, statements of this nature are treated with the utmost seriousness in any school setting--public or private--and constitute grounds for immediate termination of enrollment to protect the safety and well-being of staff and students." This statement is legally incorrect. Even public schools require due process before expulsion. "Immediate termination" without due process is strictly reserved for imminent physical dangers--such as bringing a weapon to school or severe physical violence. This reminds us of another incident at their academy: our child was bitten by another child, leaving two significant, complete bite marks on his body. That was actual physical violence resulting in documented injury -- objectively more serious than any verbal statement from a 3‑year‑old. After that incident, the child who bit our child was not expelled. When our child -- without any prior intervention or collaboration with our family as required by their policy -- said something inappropriate, they expelled him immediately. This selective enforcement raises legitimate questions about whether their policies are applied fairly and consistently to all children. After that, they agreed to meet on April 28, 2026, and promised a partial refund in writing, stating we would receive it within 5‑10 business days. It has now been nearly two months since they committed to issuing a refund. However, that refund never came. We asked several times -- which card it was refunded to and when it was issued. They ignored us, and only on the fourth request, when we said we would file a complaint if they could not provide proof, did they finally respond immediately -- with a backdated document. They claimed the refund was issued on April 24, 2026 -- four days BEFORE the April 28 meeting where they promised a refund. How can a refund be issued before it was even promised? Moreover, the document also says "Credit Card Refund." But we were not allowed to pay tuition by credit card. Also, the document shows a statement period of June 15-21, 2026 -- a future date range at the time it was created. This document was clearly backdated. Meanwhile, they accused us of "harassment" and "threatening language," issued a "cease and desist" order, demanding that we never contact them again and threatening to "seek legal relief if necessary," cutting off any further dialogue regarding the refund they had promised. Stating an intent to file a complaint with a government agency or pursue legal action is not a "threat" -- it is a protected exercise of legal rights under Florida law. Until today, we have never received any refund. They have never told us which card or account they supposedly refunded, nor provided any verifiable proof. All of these -- their emails, their own policy, and the backdated refund document -- are now part of our formal complaints to DCF and small claims court filing. I cannot recommend this daycare to any parent.
