One of my tanks started to produce excess slime and had a much higher tds than normal due to a mistake on our part. Paul caught the problem immediately and let me know so we could take care of it. Ben comes to us monthly and makes sure the tank is clean, all the fishes are safe and happy, they have fresh water, etc. He provided us an auto fish feeder so we don't have to worry about our fishes not being feed when we are busy. Made an appt . for 9 am. got there at 8;55- After I dropped my dog off , I noticed a parade of…read morelarger dogs entering. I had been there once before. I called to see when my dog would be finished- it was 11am- they told me not until at least 12:30- I told them that was not acceptible to keep a dog crated , no food, no water, - went to pick up my dog- literally nothing was done other than a bath. The manager told me all appts are 3.5 hours long. -I will never go back there again. The one other time I had gone there, I had to fix what they messed up grooming my dog.
