We used the services of Aquaseal Basement waterproofing (recommended by our friend then) 4 years ago when we discovered water stains appearing and spreading through the drywall and baseboards in our recently finished (by the previous owner) basement. The appointment was confirmed within a couple of days by email. Pierre has arrived exactly within the time we agreed upon. He was very professional, organized and started working on locating the source of the leakage immediately. He discovered a long vertical crack in the foundation, and repaired it by epoxy injection. Well, 4 years later everything still holds perfectly - no signs of water at or near the areas of repair whatsoever despite going through several of the harsh and long winters. The pricing was very fair too - we expected to pay way more when discovered the issue first. We are very thankful to Pierre and his team for a very prompt, professional and quality service and their help. Pierre and Natasha were very punctual and polite. Pierre took the time to evaluate our leaking rod holes, as well as, the rest of the basement. He brought some other problems to our attention and was able to fix some honeycomb we had that same day. I had a water problem in our cold room that would not go away. I called several companies to provide me with advice and estimates. I had companies who recommended to tear up my landscaping on the front of our house and who wanted to charge an enormous amount of money! My friend had used Aquaseal for her rental properties so I decided to give them a call. Pierre answered the phone immediately and once I described the problem on the phone, he told me what we needed to do and a rough estimate (his recommendation did not involve tearing up my garden - all the work would be done inside). I was impressed at the quick service and his level of knowledge. I hired Aquaseal and they did a great job. In addition to fixing the leak, they installed a sump pump. Had a 5 foot long diagonal crack in my basement that was showing signs of moisture during hard winter rains. Pierre and crew came over, were professional, knowledgeable and very efficient at conducting the repair. Work has been completed for almost a week now and has shown no signs of moisture. The work wasn't cheap (epoxy injection was the method of repair) but when it comes to keeping water out of the basement, anything less than perfection will lead to more cost down the road. If I get any trouble I can always edit the review, but I don't anticipate any issues. Great company I first used them in 2008 to get 3 foundation cracks repaired very happy with the repair and warranty,after a few years I had a minor leak and it was repaired under the warranty. In 2017 I had another crack started to leak, I should have had it fixed in 2008 as recommended by the repair man, anyway it got repaired and no problems since. March 2019 another crack appeared it has been inspected by Aquaseal service but I have to wait until it dry's out before the epoxy injection Can be performed My niece in Oakville also had a leaking basement so I recommended Aquaseal to her and she was very pleased with the work they did for her I would highly recommend Aquaseal for any foundation cracks. read more

I had one foundation wall settlement crack repaired last year and have not had any water in since. Never had a warranty claim. I had two more cracks that I was waiting to fix. Both cracks were repaired (with different methods based on cracks) and I have had no water in them since either.
