Later, I called and booked him. He quoted (and stuck with) a price for basic power washing. I understood that oil stains would be extra, so was ready for a possible big uptick. It was very little extra he charged. So little, I added $15 extra to the check, just because I was so pleased. Then, instead of power washing the area we agreed on, he did all that and did another area that I had not paid for. By the time I left, I could not believe how well this had gone. By the way, they showed up on time, but had to work in nasty, hot, 3pm San Fernando Valley Sun. They stayed on it, worked hard, and got it all done. Thank you Derick.
