Bring your own liquid soap and detergent as the laundromat has a good variety but charge a bit more then the local supermarket or dollar general . This time, I received a call, but it was to inform me that the clothes were not on the delivery truck and would not arrive until Monday. The only explanation I was given was, "I'm not sure what happened." This was completely unacceptable given the circumstances. I had to scramble to purchase new clothes for the funeral, adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I was told I would be notified when the clothes were ready on Monday. (Not that it mattered - I was already out of state.) Unsurprisingly, I did not receive a call. Adding insult to injury, I was not offered any discount or compensation for this ordeal. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
