Shipped package didnt knock on door nothing then sent tried to deliver. I hate fed ex with a passion

Absolutely horrible! The delivery drivers at this location lie about trying to deliver your package. I work from home and was home the entire day waiting for my package. I check the app around 2pm only to find that the driver said "Delivery was refused by the recipient" which was completely false. Never came to my door, didn't attempt a delivery, nothing. I have camera's at my door, I would've seen it. Then adding insult to injury - instead of just saying they couldn't deliver it like a normal person, which would have allowed me to go to the FedEx location and pick it up, they decided to say I refused it - which prompted the system to return to sender. This is literally a gift for my best friend's wedding, which is next week in EUROPE!!!! Probably won't be able to get it again before I fly out. Smdh - this is probably the first review I've ever written about a place in my life. read more

I've been here 4 times, 2 of them in the last 3 days. Every experience I've had here as been positive. The employees have all been helpful and polite. This ship center has everything you need to ship anything Fedex, however they do not accept cash or check at this location. They only do shipping by account number or credit card. Package pickup has always been easy, just show your ID and they go into the back and get it...it's that simple. Overall, I'll continue to use this location because it's always a breeze. read more

I send a package yesterday to my mom it need to be there next day. I ask for the package to be delivered next day and cost. Package cost 46. 58 no problem about cost even if it costed more. Why the customer Rep a older woman. Took care of me on my receipt said Schedule delivery 2/17/21 so I track package and learn it won't be delivered until 2/18/21 by end of day. I call FedEx im told its was put in as ground. What part of I wanted it deliver next day. And would pay the cost to get what I wanted. BUT the rep does what they want. I sick of these big corporations taking your money giving SUB-Part service and you can't do anything about it there no solution all they say is I'm sorry. No credit no fix nothing. If I could leave "zero" stars, I would. I cannot express how inconveniencing FedEx is. Every time I order a package and it's sent through FedEx, it ends up here. Sometimes, the packages end up back at the place they were shipped from. The excuse is always "incorrect address", but it's really because the drivers don't want to do their job which is delivering packages. Every house is not going to jump out at you. There are such things as driveways with homes at the end...you just have to get out of the FedEx truck. Recently, I ordered a $500 glass cooktop and paid $40+ in rush shipping only to have to find out that the driver couldn't find the address so they took it back to this ship center. I then had to drive to the ship center, pick up the package and open it to find it's been cracked in half! I mean COME ON! Anyhow, FedEx sucks. What can Brown do for you? Customer service - you got it, baby! Shipped about 8000 pounds of gear in 6 skids and a couple of one-off boxes down from NY, which I was supposed to meet in Atlanta. Wouldn't you know it, the 4 boxes that were among the most valuable individual items in the shipment - yeap, they had the delivery exception. Colleague spends *hours* waiting for FedEx, on the phone, getting empty promises, until one phone rep finally advises us to come directly to this location, where the courier we're waiting for is based out of. Super-friendly and helpful Customer Service Rep, finds 2 of the 4 boxes in the back and calls the driver carrying the other 2 to hurry back. Tells us that we can go chill somewhere else (Elliott Street Deli & Pub here I come), and they'll call us when the driver is back. They do, I arrive, pick up my packages, and all is well with the world. The next week, and I order more gear down from NY with burning priority...and another delivery exception! *facepalm* This time, I don't even bother calling Fedex for driver status, I just ask for the number to this location and drive straight down, because I know that the staff here actually care. The ladies at the front - fantastic. No stress...no nastiness...no dismissiveness. Southern hospitality...at Fedex? I love it! Thanks to them, I was able to get my project back on the rails and discovered a new neighbourhood bar to boot. read more

Might be the worst location ever . The drivers will knock once & barely loud enough for u to hear even when sitting right by the door. Employee Tim was nonchalant to me & my concern for my package. Tim also proceeded to lock me out the store then head to the back with food. Called customer service to complain and no one got back to me! read more

Horrible- Fed ex shipping is the worst of all companies , I have 3 items all with fed ex , 3 items all with other carries all orders same time shipped same day , and only company I have a issue with is YOU PEOPLE , got a company sending me another item as I watch my item land back at your location to be sent back to be sent back . Hopelessly understaffed. One clerk for an entire line of customers. Just be prepared to stand around and wait, and wait, and wait some more. No backup from the rear office unless you get really testy and demand it. Then the additional clerk comes out and acts as like he is really doing everyone a big favor to have to come out and wait on folks. Update: Friday afternoon, the place is packed again and the clerk decides to lecture and get cranky with a customer. Explaining matters over and over in ever greater detail very s-l-o-w-l-y. FedEx vacation hold is a joke. Twice I have placed a vacation hold and twice FedEx has tried to deliver a package during the vacation hold period. Now they want us to drive somewhere to pick it up! I am royally ticked off. read more

The FedEx Home delivery is a sham. The driver that comes to Locust Grove from the Ellenwood location lies often about coming here. He makes up excuses to not come out here. If the gate is down he can buzz me which occasionally he does or he can leave it at the office which he usually does. On days like today when he simply does not want to drive out here he makes an excuse like "security delay" or "no one home". I have contacted WalMart.com and told them I can no longer order from them because of this. I am disabled and need this service but refuse to be a victim of FedEx. On a side note the UPS guy is great, polite, on time and always brings the packages to the door. read more
