Thought high but they do a great job. Not this time they came and then said I should have it deep cleaned for an extra $100. I said no, I know it wasn't that bad because my daughter and I pre cleaned like I usually do. So deep cleaning must include dusting and cleaning the floors properly, wiping baseboards since it wasn't done. The glass table and chairs were not even touched. There were visible stains on the floors. I mopped and they came off instantly, I have texts saying that I didn't want deep cleaning, I couldn't believe it. So I wouldn't pay so guess crap service. They did refund 100 and apologize and the kitchen did look good, however my daughter cleaned the counters, back splash and cabinets. I paid for the refrigerator and stove to be cleaned and they did look good. Didn't think hiring a cleaning service meant I dust and wash the floors. NEVER AGAIN!!! Disappointing and frustrating and most of all I don't like being asked for more money for something that's part of the job.
