They were supposed to arrive at 8 am. They texted the morning of to let us know that they were running late and wouldn't be there until 10 (no problem). They didn't arrive until after 10. The cleaning was so bad that my husband and a friend spent 2.5 hours cleaning after they left. The cabinets were not clean. In fact, there was fresh peanut butter smeared on a cabinet. Baseboards in the kitchen were untouched. Bathroom vanities were never cleaned. Multiple windows were either never cleaned or had to be rewashed. The fridge was not cleaned. Landings needed to be vacuumed and dusted. We spent over $400 to clean the house ourselves. This was completely unacceptable. We will never ever use them again. Update: I contacted them shortly after the clean. They offered a one-time clean to make up for the poor service. We scheduled it and received multiple text and email reminders that they would be coming that Friday. Friday came, and no one showed. After an hour and a half of waiting, I called them. No answer and they never called me back. And they never showed up!!! If you are thinking of using this company, don't!!!
