Nicole is great to work with and Andrew provides quality and professional service consistently. Process is simple with estimate for service sent through email. Then, appointment is scheduled after signing approval of the estimate online. Scheduled date of service can change subject to weather. It happened to me the second time around due to high wind. This is expected as service is performed outside and not something the company can control. Andrew was able to complete the job 3 days after the original scheduled date.

But then they wanted to upcharge $140 for 6 windows, because they wanted to use "easy off", an oven cleaner. I cancelled. I offered a $40 tip to the two guys. Then he called me up, cussed me out and used fowl language and threatened to take me to court. I'm a general contractor. It's true that the six windows were dirty, but up charging $140 on a $250 quote is unreasonable $400 for six windows? A rip off.

After interviewing multiple painters we chose to go with the husband/wife team of Marco and Jess because of their portfolio of work and the sense that they would treat our home as their home compared to the more impersonal competitors we met. We also liked that MJ have capabilities beyond painting because we knew that our project might require special handling. Marco and Jess were punctual, communicated timing and expectations perfectly, and kept us in the loop at every step along the way. What I love is that they were problem-solvers. While they identified all important items before the job began, as they progressed some unique factors of our project emerged and they were able to quickly pivot and provide solutions. And those solutions weren't intended to add more hours to beef up the bill. At the end of the project they could easily have wrapped up and left but they made a critical suggestion to help improve the final product beyond what we expected. After we accepted their suggestion it took additional time and effort for them to finish the job, but they were absolutely right with their idea and we are beyond thankful for their insight and expertise. They don't use sub-contractors but have their own crews for bigger jobs. A couple anecdotes to illustrate the level of care they showed. After they were done, I noticed that they were on the hands and knees looking for any little droplets of paint that escaped their coverings. Jess fluffed up pillows and restored the workspace in an extra gesture that no other contractor has ever done. And after I paid them (all at the end-they didn't ask for anything up front) and while we were chatting, Marco happened to notice a tiny paint stroke in a high corner that wasn't as straight as he would have liked. He went back to his vehicle and got everything out to make a quick fix. Everything looks great and I have confidence that if for some reason something went wrong they will stand by their work with no hassles. We have another painting job we'll need done later this year or early next year and I already know that I won't need to put it out for bid. Marco and Jess have earned my trust and gratitude for their work and their professionalism. They are also very nice people!

I rotate through a ton of skincare, body care, hair care, dental, fragrance, and other personal care products depending on my needs. Before, they were mostly sectioned-off piles. Wal (pronounced Val) sorted everything by category, placed less-used products and back stock in the back, and kept the things I reach for most in the front. The team also bought clear bins that fit the space, including sliding bins I can easily pull out and taller bins for shampoos, conditioners, and other bottles. This was especially helpful with the wire shelving in my rental. Now everything is grouped together, visible, and easy to access. I can also refine the system over time as I use it and getting ready flows now. Wal and I collaborated on what I wanted to keep and how I needed the space to function. The team also organized under my sink, where I prefer to keep only cleaning products, foot care, and toilet paper. That preference was respected. Rose's team worked with my budget, and Wal has become my ace for projects like this . I already have more spaces I'm excited to hire the team for.
