At the time of this review, there are only 4 locations in all of Canada and they are all in Montreal and surrounding areas. Their chocolates are pricey they are $2.20 a piece, except the cornets which are $2.99 a piece. They are very tasty and worth the occasional splurge. The chocolate is smooth and creamy. This location is a kiosk inside the Carrefour Industrielle Alliance. Service was pleasant. Fun fact: There is no person named Jeff de Bruges. The owner/founder's name is Philippe Jambon. He realized that with a last name that means ham in French, he might have more success as a French chocolatier using a different moniker. Apparently he chose Bruges because it's a city in Belgium and his chocolate is a mix of Belgian and French styles, and he chose Jeff because he liked the song Jef by Jacques Brel. Review #153 (2025)
