We scored big time. I use a book list to cut down on repurchasing the same book.....works well most of the time.....when an error occurs it's a lot cheaper on the billfold. Found quite a few that were on my list.

There was no one in the teen area (no teen in the entire building, because I checked) and had a teen come in, I would have gotten up and left. After reading for 30 mins, I was leaving when approached by an employee who wouldn't allow me to explain why I was sitting there or even that I was on my way out the door. She was so rude and uncaring. I won't be returning.

A lot of smart committed people live here and dedicated their efforts to getting a new one built. This little town has become a snap shot of what a large part of the Texas Gulf Coast has always been. While growing and renewing,the location on the bay instead of the Gulf has thwarted gawdy souvenir shop,bad food tourism. I didn't use to care too much for Rockport.
