That $285 I applied once the work is done. They seem to be very professional and knowledged, I ended up going with another company that was willing to do the grounding exactly as the permit requested rather than having them come out again if the permit was rejected again. Thank you to Dan Hernandez for walking me through the HVAC system issues it was having. He was…read morethorough in explaining what options were available for the HVAC to continue running efficiently. On January 28, 2026, Dan performed repairs to the HVAC. The furnace would not turn off, and it would only blow cold air. Therefore, he performed a diagnostic and presented solutions to repair the furnace. I decided to move forward with option one: replaced ignition sensor, installed electrical surge protectors for the furnace as well as for the outdoor condenser, performed a level one pull and clean on the blower wheel. Additional repairs would need to be completed but holding off until next year. Dan is professional and personable - someone who also takes his time to do the work.
