After her passing, we found the massage certificates a week before they expired. When we called Autumn (the massage technician), explained the situation, and she stated that she had no openings for bookings in the remaining time for which the certificates were still valid. She also would not refund the 500.00 or extend the time in order to use the services that were purchased. I would rate zero stars if it were possible but the app will not allow.

I went last week and the hair stylist completely butchered my hair She gave me blunt/ choppy NO blending or framing into my other hair. It looks ridiculous honestly. When i saw her doing it in the chair I saw her cut them completely horizontal but thought she has to know what shes doing so Ill just let her do her thing. When I left it seemed like it would MAYBE be okay? But its not, the bangs arent even, they are short and theres literally no blending so they stick out like a sore thumb. I will never be coming back to Ulta (at least this location) for salon services. :(
